Drone footage was awesome! Sometimes a change from the route is good! Either way I really enjoy watching the dam rollover and go down stream. I do enjoy seeing the flight of the drone so I can see areas near where you live. Do not feel you need to make everyone happy all the time. Its's your show. Thanks for continuing to share your work I enjoy it a lot.😃
Yesssssss you did it, Dam busting AND amazing drone footage. [why am i sitting in front of my screen with coffee and a big smile on my face watching this...because its awesome] Thank you.
Drone footage of the collapse was stunning. The footage not only gives you the dam rollover but what happens downstream and the effects on the surrounding Forrest and fields. Keep up good work.
Another excellent video. I have a degree in hydrogeology so I know a thing or two about water flow. The drone footage is very interesting as it shows clearly that the released water doesn't advance so quickly as to create a flash flood, and as it get further downstream from the dam the increase in water level gets lesser as the water spreads over an increasingly larger surface area. This answers a common question as to what could happen to people downstream. Good work!
May I ask you for a favour and cross-check, please? Height of dam 1.7m / 5.7ft, so the *upper top slice* of 10cm / 4 inches from surface water level upstream drops by approximately 1.5m / 5ft. Using law of conservation of energy as first level & rough estimation, its speed when reaching the bottom should be around 5.5m/s (~20km/h or 12mph) accordingly ( m * g * h = ½ m * v² ). By chance that’s close to the velocity of top marathon athletes and the 5000m distance. So definitely not nice walking speed, and even challenging for most joggers. This approach neglects effects which will slow down the speed due to additional effects. Watching Mantas’ videos, that really triggers me to do such rule of thumb estimations and also closely observe the behaviour of water flow. Engineer here with diploma (= master) in high frequency & microwave electronics (black magic for many in electrical engineering, but maybe just wannabe for physicists 😅), thus I’m checking for analogies, with water really helping to visualise the effects like e.g. creating whirlpools / vortices nicely. Just another question: the speed of the water itself is `just´ about these 5.5m/s here, but I’d expect the *pressure wave* in the water downstream indicating the upcoming change moves at much faster speed (since also speed of sound in water is much more than the 330m/s in air). Correct? I’ve been reflecting about this triggered by the episode of container vessel MSC Michigan VII rushing down Charleston river at speed of 15knots earlier this year.
Tough to collapse such a wide dam all at once. I have a feeling the beavers will be back to give you another opportunity. LOL I really enjoyed the drone footage as well but I know it's tough to please everyone when it's a one man show. Great work, as always.
i made a suggestion about using the drone like two days ago...I never thought you would get the shot so quickly. it was better than i thought it would be! thanks for the content.
The drone footage was awesome, Mantis! Great touch Bro! And the collapse was superb! A very nice video and such a great job! All the work you done really paid off in this one. Keep it up Man. Love your videos! 😊😊👍👍
Great shots of the dam collapse and waterway downstream! I like all the camera angles you show us, the more the better! And not having any music is a big plus, thank you!
Some commenters don't understand the geography of your country. Those drainage channels have been there for centuries. They were dug by hand to help farming. The water table is high in your countryside so it's needed. Keep going. I enjoy every one of the collapses but also a look at your glorious 180 degree wide blue sky. I have an appreciation of seeing this mainly because I'm stuck looking at concrete. I think the farmers are happy with your work.
Very true; and goes for quite some regions in Europe used for farming. There’s no question that beaver’s engineering activities really help to create habitats rich of bio-diversity, but it’s about finding a reasonable balance wrt nature protection. Rather than just staying where they’ve been put into wilderness again, many animals are quite opportunistic & creative using cultivated areas (e.g. 🦫 happily using ditches and other animals living in airport areas). Very often due to their natural predators are not present there anymore, leading to over-population especially in areas where it is not really desirable (like seen here with 3 remarkable dams along 1000m / 0.63mile).
Fantastic shot!!! This new perspective, the way you filmed it, felt like an upgrade from 2 to 3 dimensions compared to the previous videos, brilliant handling of the drone as well...i can appreciate the difficulty this filming must have been compared to the others, but showing this perspective even just once in a while would be such a treat for us viewers, thank you!!! Bravo!
Thanks Mantas, great episode/s! Returning to same location again, also showing the beavers busy activities to rebuild their dams really helps to get the bigger picture here. The drone (over-) view added cream on top 👍! You may think of putting those in dedicated playlist since its very good documentary going bit beyond the dam collapse headline. Hope your little daughter gets well back soon!
I loved seeing the drone video, brilliant shot and great shot from the different angles. I really think you do a very good job narrating and collapsing the dams. I also like your input on the beavers, I love animals and don’t like them hurt, but I know the damage to fields and crops they can cause. Please don’t be discouraged, you are providing and important job. Our prayers for you and your daughter’s recovery. Keep doing what you do well. God’s blessings to you and you family.
Interesting to see the drone view and the way the water slows down as gets further from the collapsed dam. You will never be able to please everyone so well done for doing what some viewers asked for. The countryside around your area is very similar to where I live although we do have a few small hills of about 50 to 80 metres high. Thanks for another good video and I hope your daughter gets better soon.
Great work with the drone. It shows significant flooding into the stand of trees on the far side of the dam, and I imagine that what was visible was not all of the water that had entered the forested part. If you want to better understand the scale of the flooding that the dams cause, maybe use the drone to get some airborne reconnaissance done before you start dismantling. But that was a great outcome.
I thoroughly enjoyed that video. The drone footage was exceptional. I do agree with you though sometimes 3 angles is better. I think it will depend on the surroundings on which would give better footage. Regardless, I will watch your content. Thanks!
The drone view is a good perspective because it shows what the water is doing both up and down stream. In my opinion the downstream views are more interesting due to the power that the sudden surge of water exerts as it floods the overgrown channel. Thank you for your filming your efforts in clearing these channels. It would appear this will be a never ending occupation.
I love watching the work that you do. Clearing dams and helping keep the farmer's fields productive is a lot of work. It was interesting to see the effect of the water released downstream. There was very little, if any, flooding that I could see; no water seemed to go over the canal banks. Such a beautiful land.
I am a fan of your videos, however this for me was one of the best yet. Loved the sound and after your comments I could almost smell the mud!😵💫 The drone shots were wonderful. Many thanks.
Hope your Little Girl feels better soon! as usual a great video! Drone Shot OUTSTANDINGLY BRILLIANT!!!!!
Great work and the drone footage was the cherry on top.
I think the drone shot of the collapse was tremendous.
Beautiful drone footage.❤❤❤

The drone shot was very well executed Mantis, your skill set is growing & it shows in your videos
The drone shots show us not only the force of the water as the dam collapses but the surge of water downstream, another great video, thankyou 👍
Yesssssss you did it, Dam busting AND amazing drone footage. [why am i sitting in front of my screen with coffee and a big smile on my face watching this...because its awesome] Thank you.
Brilliant collapse again and the drone footage was spectacular!
I love your videos. Top of the list of Dam removal video shows. Drone footage is amazing.
Drone footage of the collapse was stunning. The footage not only gives you the dam rollover but what happens downstream and the effects on the surrounding Forrest and fields. Keep up good work.
Very good camera work ! 🇺🇲🇺🇲🪖🪖👮👮🚓🚓
That was an interesting perspective. Good job

Excellent coverage of upstream and downstream. It's good to get the context and also the downstream effects. well done
You worked hard for this one!!
Tough to collapse such a wide dam all at once. I have a feeling the beavers will be back to give you another opportunity. LOL
I really enjoyed the drone footage as well but I know it's tough to please everyone when it's a one man show. Great work, as always.

🇨🇦🧓🏻great drone shots.
The shot behind and raised was great. The Drone shot was very informative. Hope your baby girl gets well soon.
Wow, when you opened that big dam, that water was moving!!! Impressive!
That was a powerful collapse. Great timing on getting the drone airborne. This is one of your best videos
Whatever angles you video the dams collapsing, I enjoy your channel. Thanks for all you do!!!
Great shots of the dam collapse and waterway downstream! I like all the camera angles you show us, the more the better! And not having any music is a big plus, thank you!
Your camera/drone work is so good. Your videos are by far the best there are, I enjoy them so much.
That was a lot of water. Great drone coverage on this dam collapse.
Brilliant!👍👍
I love it when you have “chill time.”
Drone footage was spectacular 👌 ❤ . Another amazing Beaver 🦫 Dam collapse by master Mantas
I love your videos, amazing drone footage x

Your dam rollover collapses are exquisite. The drone view is something I’ve never seen before!
God bless your little girl I hope she feels better soon , I’m sure she’ll love watching you doing your work ❤ superb aerial shot Mantis
Brilliant footage with the drone. The power and sound of the water is magical. Got to keep that water moving. Thank you.👍👍
Wow that was awesome Mantas! Great fotage ! Really enjoyed it 🤗🤩👏❤️👍
That was good to see drone footage.
adding the drone footage of the collapse was VERY nice. great job!
Loved the drone footage it was great!
Great job again! Wonderful drone & camera footage.
Yay! Drone coverage of the release! 🎉❤
I enjoyed the drone footage.
Those drone shots were fantastic! Great job, as always.
Awesome drone shots. Makes all the difference in seeing not only the collapse itself but also the immediate effects downstream.
The drone footage was stunning! Perhaps before and after drone shots would be revealing. I do look forward to ground-level shots always.
The drone collapse is still a 3rd angle, and probably the most dramatic. Thank you
Another epic collapse! Hope your daughter is feeling better.
Beautiful Kenislovas, love the drone foto
Great job, Mantis. Love that drone footage 😀 👌
Amazing drone footage

Drone shot was an excellent addition. Total new perspective.
I liked seeing the drone footage up and down the stream. That was quite a muddy lane to drive a normal car down.
Thanks Mantas, great episode/s!

Always so impressed with the amount of material that is in the dam
Fantastic drone video. Amazing multitasking of your cameras, lol.
Very nice,be safe.take care of yourself and the family.just keep on doing what you do best.😎😎😎👍👍👍
Christmas is coming. Wouldn't it be nice for Keni to have 100K subscribers in his stocking?
Prediction is January 🤷♂️
That was awesome, the drone shot was spectacular! I always wonder what happens just down stream from a dam break
Enjoyed your video, very well-done Sir.
The drone footage is great.🙂😀😃👍✨
Great video!! Nice job with the drone shots. Enjoyed watching ✌️ 😎
I’m sure sometime soon a request will be made for a video of the collapse, with a submarine drone. Great work, thanks!
Dam good work ! !
Like the drone shot👍
That was AWESOME! Such a big dam!!!!

I appreciated the drone footage, of being able to see the release waters head downstream. Hope your daughter feels better!
I really like your videos, but I find the most fascinating is the beavers built this without any blueprints
Love the drone footage.
Do what makes you happy not the trolls! It’s your therapy Mantis . Thanks as always a great one,get the kid better soon.
Saludos desde España 😊😊
Cool drone footage.
