Hey there! It's Fran Fine! Just got the notification! Bout 2 hour late but at least I got it! Lol! Can't wait to watch it! Much love and respect from Henderson Ga USA
I bet those beav's have already dammed it back up. You really needed to use a trackhoe or backhoe to open that up with. That way you could have easily taken out a larger section of the dam they had built.
You should dig the intake out further and add another pipe so it extends out into the top pond by about 10 feet with a elbow piece set so it points down in the water, that way it won't make much noise so the beavers won't try to bloke it
Looks lit if the water keeps flowing it will drop the pond 4-5 inches. Thing is before you even get home the beavers will already be rebuilding. Johnny out is a failure. 😂
Yes when we return we will do some much needed maintenance, plan is to widen the intake channel for better flow and clean the area of over growth around culvert, Happy Sunday
Yes this spot is going to get some much needed maintenance, widen the channel intake for better flow and clean up all the over growth around culvert system 😊 looking forward to filming the clean up should be fun and help out a lot, hope you are having a great Sunday 😊
The ONLY way that water will keep flowing through the culvert will be to have some hunters sitting in a blind killing the Beavers that will be repairing their dam, and they WILL repair that dam. You have accomplished nothing with your effort. If you use some heavy equipment and take out the dam all of the way across the drainage it will put off the rebuilding of the dam for a little longer, but, if the beavers are still alive, they will keep repairing "their" dam! It is just that simple.
NEVER underestimate the persistence of beavers. I've been down that road before.... within a day or 2, they have completely rebuilt the dam. Even after trapping them out, another bunch was back in 2 years.
@@wwb7091 Out in the wild, their dams improve things. They are often called nature's meadow builders. However as they move out of the wild and start to come into civilization, OR, civilization moves into the wild, these confrontations will continue. that is sadly just a fact of life about living in the country. There is a road going out of a 55,000 population city, just barely out of the city limits (1.5 miles) where there is beaver dam after beaver dam. It is right along the paved and well traveled road going up about 1,000 feet. It is cool to see, and causing no problems. I have lived here for 25 years, and they have always been there. There is one culvert under a main dirt road off of this paved road that they have repeatedly tried to block, and it has repeatedly been torn out. They finely gave up, and it has been beaver free for a few years. They will, of course, be back at some point, and they will again be torn out. It is easy access for a backhoe, and it only takes 30 minutes. Even for an animal as stubborn as a Beaver, they will eventually give up. Then a few years later, a new beaver will look at the culvert, and think, "what an awesome spot for my dam!" Then they cycle will repeat. LOL
HEY FOLKS AND WELCOME OR WELCOME BACK ❤️ Happy Sunday Y’all 😊
Your picture is probably on the beavers's top ten most wanted list.😂😂😂😂😂😂
Right next to Post10
I find these beaver dams amazing that those little Creatures are such good engineers.
I think we could all learn something! Beavers are smart, instead of killing them, learn from them!
Super travail. Jean Jacques. Sézanne. France
It amazing how good they build dams

Bet those fish were happy to get fresh water!! Thanks!

Agree 👍
That spot is just too tempting and advantageous for the beavers to ignore- something tells me you’ll be back
I was thinking when we return I’m going to widen the the intake channel leading to culvert for even better flow ❤️😊👍 happy Sunday Missy Quid 👋
This is a baby dam. There are massive structures in Algonquin Park in Ontario that are multilevel. It is good to see these being removed.
great job ! 💯💯💯💯💯💯
Hi there Good job have good day.
Be safe, see you next time.
Would be good to see this after two /three hours after it’s been open ,good video though

Seems like beavers get along with Mother Nature better than we do. The man made dams seem to be more prone to failures.
YAY! Good job!!!
Oh hell they will have that fixed by days end lol
...hours....
Very nice work
For being such a small dam, it sure is effective
...ya figure they have been making damns for 10-12 million years, that's a LOT of practice....
Nice job!
@@randyhartel1558 thank you, hope your Sunday is going well 👋
So would water from pond A eventually run over the top of the beaver dam into pond B
Is that the town in Wisconsin named."Beaver Dam"?
Put a concrete spillway in, i dont think beavers can penetrate reinforced concrete.
Beaver soup will cut down greatly on further complications.
The beavers will have that plugged back up over night.
I’m afraid he’s right. Post 10 days that all the time. Good job Fox but your effort is only going to take that water down as far as you dug it.
yup hours even, ya figure these buggers have been at this for 10-12 MILLION years, they know their stuff...lot's of practice...
You brought a knife to a gun fight!
Hi Jonathan.
Hello hope all is well and happy Sunday my friend 😊
Could’ve cleaned the outflow a little bit.
Yes when we return we will do some much needed maintenance, plan is to widen the intake channel for better flow and clean the area of over growth around culvert, Happy Sunday
Seems like a stick of magic and all that debris would've been blown out of the way in moments.
And so would the culvert.👍
This one looks familiar...

"The water level is too high" >>>> BUT why though? i don't know whether your right or wrong but i wonder why?
How long before the dam it up again?
Unless he took away the wood it will be blocked off over night if they are still in the area. Especially if the have youth in their dens.
hours
JOHNNY, EXCELLENT RESULT, CONGRATS! LOVE TO WATCH YOUR FOOTAGE!!!!!!!!!! ALL THE BEST!
If only there was some type of implement that attached to the back of a tractor that had a power scoop on it.
What a bunch of sticks and mud, the beavers have done their job again
beaver catch clean cook coming up?
beavers have that replugged up in a night
Sad for the beavers whose habitat got destroyed. Hope they survived.
Beavers have been around for 10-12 MILLION years, I'm sure they'll be just fine....
Good video. Well done.
They make this thing called a shovel they work great
Tannerite works better!!!. Research on YT some fella's blowin' up dams with it...
Why not get a shovel and widen the entrance to the culvert??
Good job but you might want to bring a shovel on your next dam busting. Just saying.
Beavers will have that blocked back up in days.

No.so. When they realize the damn keeps being destroyed they will give up and relocate.
Petition the state and county to hire people to do that - oh wait, DOT is what that's for. However, if you fight against them enough they'll move on
You’re not fooling anybody Post 10. Give a guy a break.
Leave it to the Beaver.
Good job my man 👍👍👍
Now I know why some use excavators!
I hate to say this but , the beavers will have that damned up before morning
🎉🎉🎉🎉
@@luciaandrade9625 thank you 😊 where are you watching from 🦫 and hope you have a great day
it didn't look like a beaver dam to me
and if the pond dont have fish then what will the otters eat..lol..have ponds too, hate otters
Won't the beavers reclogg it within a day or so?
...hours really
i can a small animal carry sticks but i guess a beaver isnt small but they can do damage
thats an old damn by far , grass growing on it and mud is settled, no beavers there lately
How about a follow up on the results of the draining don't give us half a video follow through.
The smell was beaver caster. Most likely that damn was built by a male beaver.
Watch out for attacking beavers
Spade
Post 9 lol
That isnt even beaver dam that is straight up 10+ years of neglect and overgrowth dot or owner needs get a heavy lifter in dig out the entire inlet.
Keep them fish alive .
Big muddy ; )
Need 20lbs of tannerite
Eso a lo Argentino, Pala de punta o pico
Not as good as post 10
Why bring him into the subject?
He wasn't there so this guy did a fine job. And as he mentioned he's coming back to do even a better job.
To small of an excavator
Not too small for a bit of Tannerite though, strategically placed of course.
where was the explosion ? click bait 👎👎
Maybe invest in a shovel
🤍 ♥️ 🇹🇷 🤍 ♥️
What a bunch of sticks and mud, the beavers have done their job again
