Wow, this mango pineapple has such a velvety sound... and the cedar one such a noticeably more "spicy" tone ! And I don't even mention the look of them : absolute beauties !!

I love my Rebel ukes so thank you for this video. Hopefully these pineapples will be produced in other sizes too.

I have a creme brulee soprano as well as a concert. The only ukuleles that I like more than these are Koalohas.

I own a Rebel Double Creme concert with a tenor neck; absolutely fantastic instrument, and extra precious to me as my inheritance from my grandmother - who really enjoyed my playing - went on that. It’s been dubbed the golden ukulele, which I now call it.
I also like the quirky naming of the models and giant pencil case gig bag.

    Super nice video.
Still one of the best looking ukulele brand around, their design are flawless. But they are hard to buy sight unseen because of that different string spacing design (I know that KoAloha do have the same arrangement but they also hard to come buy in France to try it). As it is hard to say if the profil will be to my taste, the fact that they are somewhat pricier than other brand like Millar make them an harder decision, specially since in that price bracket you are not that far from one of the Moonbird (which I find no as beautiful but there sound is really setting them appart).
But still the Rebel sound stellar and if money is no object, then a double cream tenor in mango will definitively be on my bucket list !

I have been looking for a Rebel double cheese with a satin finish for-ever. Those pineapples are so interesting. Such gorgeous instruments. Totally different. Thanks for featuring them.

All other reasons notwithstanding, hearing Alex say the word “boobs” made this whole video worth watching lol.

A great selection especially coming from only one company. Mango is certainly worth a look. Love the pineapples.

That Mango pi model absolutely sent me to heaven. Absolutely tranquilizing. For sure some of that was your playing, but man the sound was hypnotic
