I will sometimes bake a gingerbread cookies for us to make gingerbread houses. We have a set of cookie cutters that are the shape of the walls, roofs, and doors. Its really cute. I've never made it just to make gingerbread men before. I should do that. The cookie is good, but not as sweet as I would usually like.
