Listening to this entire interview, I guess this means she became a vegetarian after this time period for about five years? Or...she was a vegetarian in her early twenties and then stop by her mid-twenties? But it is cool to hear that Under the Surface got the most feedback (since it's my favorite song of hers. :P) To this day, I do feel like it has been her most honest and self-aware song of hers that makes her human and not...put on a pedestal by fans, for a lack of a better phrase? I think I'd Do It All Again also had some self-awareness but from a hindsight. Under the Surface has the self-awareness while being in the present moment but also being open and not so distant like IDIAA. I could go on, but this is lengthy as is...:P (Edit: Recent Illusion is a close second though. )
