While conceptually intresting it likely quite hard to make. They are likely powerful cards that have a narrow range of attributes. So the list will be 11th best draw spell, or somewhat mediocre cards that have a some extremely uncommon attribute thay prevents them from being able to win their own list. But also being worse than top 10 for their other effects.
I would have guessed Toski if it weren't for the thumbnail, so my guess is Canoptek Scarab Swarm just for how annoying it can be in Legacy. These weird theme top 10s are amazing BTW. They can showcase a lot of niche or weird cards across Magic's history
I absolutely hate Toski. 4 mana 1/1s are great. But Toski is obnoxious. So I'm glad to know that the card isn't #1. I will also be extremely glad when "Top 10 Vintage Cards (Minus Power 9)" is created!
@@TheGloriousLobsterEmperor It will stop being taboo when Wizards makes so many alternative casting costs that more than 50% of Commander decks don't need to care about lands at all.

Goblins seem to be the kindred most associated with bottom tier awful mana efficiency for their stats but with a usually above rate effect to make up for it, balanced back down by a major downside. I don't envy the designer who gets Goblin duty for the current xpac.
I think the Canoptek Scarab Swarm's positioning on the list is probably incorrect, it appears to only have 9 points, not 19, unless I am missing something.

There was a decent amount of commander set cards in this, have you looked into the top 10 cards only made in commander sets that were awesome in Vintage or legacy since they were only legal there?
It's pretty telling what this list is going to look like when you start off w/ a card that hasn't gained points in 30yrs
Lol

nizzahon has clearly had some bad experiences against this deck
(11:57) Whoops, nice blooper there. :P
😬
@NizzahonMagic you're normally so professional its refreshing to see a blunder here and there
I had a good laugh 😂
You should do Top 10 Cards That Have Never Appeared on Any of My Other Lists

Can we have a top 10 most dominant all time standard cards - cards that gained most points in their standard formats.
I did not expect to see Necrons show up on this channel.
No elvish piper? I was expecting that. Oh well.
It has never seen play in 60 card formats. Way too slow and vulnerable
The art and lore of #1 is hilarious !
Very Lorwin -alike!

I didn't play too many four mana 1/1s until I started making my play group happy with land destruction
Land destruction shouldn't be as taboo as it is. LONG LIVE ARMAGEDDON!

love a classic goblin flavor text

@jshtng78 "alright, were gonna have goblins in this set"
game designer - :(
flavor text writer - (:
Lmao sling gang lieutenant is going to keep on sling - *sigh*
We all agree Elvish Piper deserves an honorable mention. Its not the best, but its iconic
Another amazing vid!!!
Interesting Elvish Piper didn't make the list. That's the first card I thought of.
It's never really been played competitively. Too slow and vulnerable.
I think the Canoptek Scarab Swarm's positioning on the list is probably incorrect, it appears to only have 9 points, not 19, unless I am missing something.
It has 19, that's the part that's correct.
I was very surprised to see that Elenda, the Dusk Rose hasn't seen any meaningful results or deckbuilds. Ah well, to the future!
We need a card that casts for X and gives all vanilla creatures with stat total lower than their CMC Hexproof and Indestructible for the next X turns.
An enchantment with "vanishing" would be easier to track, but still, it seems a good idea :D balancing resilience vs stats boosts, seems hard
I remember Toski being incredibly frustrating to play against. Everytime one is casted i sigh 😔
It's funny because I think it would be unplayable today. Too much exile going on in all colors.

Guarded Heir for 6 mana is quite an amazing 1/1 unfortunately I somehow doubt it'll get top finishes
Yeah, it's too slow for constructed I think. Casting it feels pretty great in Limited, though!
@NizzahonMagic one of the reasons why I love limited. Get to play with so many awesome cards that are actually mediocre
Marton Stromgald ftw.
My guy sling gang lieutenant is vital in my chainer goblins deck.
Alladins stats may be BAD, but that ability and cost are very good. If you can protect it, I see no reason why it wouldn't see any active play.
Do More Pauper Content!! love me some powerful commons
Isnt there a Red Slinger goblin? Maybe you should do a video on the history of them too?
There's Siege-Gang Commander, which the Lieutenant is a riff off of. I've talked about it in multiple videos.
How does Canoptrk Scarab Swarm get you an Insect Army? Wouldn't it need Amass Insects to do that?
Just the sheer amount of insect tokens it could make counts as an army, not a creature type "army"
@@quint3ssent1a So you're saying Nizzahon lied to us???? No way, I can't believe I trusted him!!!!
