In my opinion; the Main Story (Vol 3, Vol F, and Vol1Ch3 are my favorites), Events, Characters, and the community 😭😭😭 are the good ones The gameplay and gacha is average, but dear God the localization 💀

Those with PC Platforms are typically reserved for Open-world Action RPGs. (Genshin, HSR, GFL2, PGR, etc.) For BA, an Idle Real-time-strategy (Epic Anime) RPG game; It is usually mobile because of the only core gameplay of it is to drag n' drop skill cards. And those can be done one-handedly unlike PC games which require both hands to play. (Not to mention it is idle, as you can't really control/move your characters in the game. Oh and not to mention that majority of all the people in the world uses mobile phones, so the advertisements, convenience, and engagements are successful as a result) Examples of these are: Arknights, FGO, AL, etc. If you take Nikke, Limbus, and R1999 though, now that would be an exception because those are the only Idle gacha game that I could currently think of, having an actual PC Platform. (But same as you, I also want BA to have a PC Platform instead of using BlueStacks but, they need to fix their localization problem first before that 😭🙏)
Nowadays googleplay supports windows I think. Haven't tried it out but I'm sure the functionality will get better over time. No idea if the transition from touchscreen to mouse is smooth for BA like this.
Although cute, the whole 'erotic little girls' thing makes my brain go "do not engage don't you need to protect the little ones not hurt do not touch the child"

BA has some amazing characters, but man it would be nice if the game had a PC launcher.
