These binding reviews are very welcome, looking to replace my 2010 Forces
Have these, paired with a Berzerker and Salomon malamutes. Killer setup for sending avvy chutes
@Travis Loos nice! I'd probably be riding the same setup if my local board shop carried capita
Are bindings unique enough to not have a comparable bindings list in a review? Like I find comparable decks in a deck review useful because it helps me to categorize -- at least in my very limited knowledge -- different decks in groups. Thank you for an awesome review of C10!
Coming 2022.
Do you remember how was the fit of the size 10 K2 boots in the Med C-10 binding. It's listed up to size 10 and I have K2 boots size 10 like you. No binding in local shops so I can't walk in to double check the fit...
You don't want the Large, you'll be floating in them. Medium is ideal.
I bought the c-6 medium and the bindingd came on size 10 but my boots are size 8.5(nideckers) but they fit?????? With toe overhang?? Is this normal
Sounds like you bought a chunky boot
c9 or c8 then? never had ride bindings, love my atlas though need a little guidance on which might be closer?
I haven't ridden the C9's yet but I looking at them I'd assume they're closer than the 8 to the Atlas.
Is the 10 series better on 2023 k2 excavator or the 8 series
8
How much more reaponse do you get out of the metal disk??
A noticeable amount.
MOAR SUMMER CONTENT!!!!!!!!!!!
Summer doesn't officially start till next month, this is still in season.
What changed between 2022, 2023, and 2024 C-10 models other than color schemes?
One minor tweak to either the strap or the highback can't remember.
@@AngrySnowboarder Thanks!
how do they compare to the Rome Cleavers?
You have mentioned both in your Top 5 Freeride Bindings For 2020-2021.
Which feel more stiff?
Cleaver for sure.
@@AngrySnowboarder looking forward to that cleaver review.
The C10 were „too much binding for you“, I guess Cleavers will be the same right?
@@skahww1036 I like lateral flex in my bindings they just didn't have it. With the Cleavers they have the full wrap heel cup vs the Asym wrap that the Black Labels have. So the Black Labels fit my style more.
@@AngrySnowboarder doesn’t lateral flex make the binding feel more surfy?
Is is really possible to increase lateral flex without decreasing heel-to-toe response?
One last question: do the cleavers feel like the old targas or did too much change? Only heard positive about the targas
They're different than the old Targas that's for sure. Should have the same response. Lateral flex can make a binding more surfy but it can also increase how you press a board and allow you to leverage your weight outside the binding easier, that's what I like about it.
What Ride binding would you recommend to put on a Ride Peace Seeker...A-10, C-10, A-8 or C-8? I personally like to ride groomers, pow and other terrain. Not a park person.
10 series honestly. Gives you way more power. Your choice on the A or C.
@@AngrySnowboarder So when it comes to A or C on the Ride bindings I'm still having a tough time making a choice. Currently I have C-8's on my Ride Berzerker and love the C-8's, especially when I usually ride Loveland. Had an aluminum Ride pair from 2005 they were decent. What would be a deciding factor between A or C?
C series since you're on an 8 and you love them.
C8 or c10 for a superpig?
8
Ride C10 or Cartel X? Wich one would you buy?
Depends.
Someone needs to do Impact pants Review. Best money you can spend is on saving your body. So many people don’t know about these things
Definitely gonna grab a pair when I start progressing in the park next year. I just don't know which pair to get
@@correctopinionhaver look into “Demon United”. Get the pants with the Knee pads included. About 120-$140.
Why so I can talk about how they don't cup my nuts right? All you need to know is find ones that fit, have tail bone protection, don't make you feel like you're wearing a diaper, and have actual impact foam. After that what more do you need?
@@AngrySnowboarder Now that you mention it, a diaper function would be nice.
C-8 > C-10
