Oh man, "Mr. Pink". You nailed it. Better than the original i must say. I think I fell in love with this tiny bass. Greetings from Germany. 👍

All these years trying to emulate Mark King on my old bass and failing miserably and I've never considered these points AT ALL. What a pillock I am.

The Stanley Clarke effect could also be the Entwistle effect.
Ive got multiple basses but only a few are good for slap , the best is my Sire V7 vintage ash body / maple neck

Hi Scott! Thanks for producing the Live Stream on "Top 5 Slap Bass Setup and Settings Tips" earlier this morning!
I never can get my timing right as to using my foot to click on my TC Electronics Ditto Looper to precisely at the right moment create smooth loops and then to overdub on top of them smoothly.
Would you consider posting a series of Intros into using The TC Electronics Ditto Looper (the basic pedal, not the more recent upgrade to this pedal)? Maybe "laying down a few Bass Guitar Chords first.... saving them on the Looper, and then adding a walking bass line"? Or do I have it backwards? Should I lay down a walking bass line first, and then overdub with Bass Guitar Chords on top of the walking bass line track?
Bet you could create an entire Training Series on Rhythm-Timing using The TC Electronics Ditto Looper for Student Practice.

Hi Terrell, good to hear from you!
It's a great idea but I don't actually have one of those units, but perhaps it's an idea for the future! As it happens though, I am currently working on a course for the Zoom pedal.
      Cheers
      Scott

Love the video and the channel. I would though highly recommend getting yourself a sound engineer. I also most went deaf on that super chat sound effect. It was definitely significantly louder than the rest of your audio output.

How to setup the tone knob in a music man. It's just has a tone knob, volume and bass. When I krank up the tone the pop sounds really horrible. And where should I keep the bass knob

I find this video hard to watch because of the distracting elements.

Boring as hell. Get to the setup, and she does not make it any better.
