I'm getting ready to regroup my clubs and this help alot. I didn't realize air was an option.

The most important thing is the tape. The flexibility you get using air is pretty awesome. Plus most diy dudes have an air compressor already.

Great video and well explained. I will try the air method for swing grips in the near future.
In regard to not being able to remove grips that were installed with solvent, it can be done but takes a little longer and requires a tube over the grip to prevent it from bubbling in spots or even exploding. Requires a bit of finesse. Best if you preheat that grip before removing with air by use of a hot air gun to reduce the tape's adhesion. I've saved a hundred grips by removing with air. Some grips don't like it and may not be serviceable after removal, but a lot of air removed grips that were installed with tape and solvent do work and can be reused.

I've got a video coming out on this actually. I don't want to encourage it, but you are right it is doable if you understand what's happening and how to react if you start to balloon! Thanks for the comment... welcome!
