    These exercises are the only ones the truly helped me. In the beginning, I thought I was doomed and this will never go away (this was about 6 months ago). Today the spur itself is still there ofcourse, but the pain has gone down to literally 0. I’m running every day and living a normal life again! Thank you for these tips!

      Hi. How long after these excerices did the pain go away? Do you have to do it everyday and for how long, please help me my pain is so bad

    I am suffering with actue pain bcoz of heel spur and plantar fasciitis.Tried this today and thank God and thanks for the video .Today the pain was considerably less . Will keep doing till the pain goes away.

    I already surgery for heel spur four months ago but still I have pain and pump is same area can u help me more exercise for this problem

    I had it on back of my heel as teen then it disappeared and it came back after long walking shifts... Annoying. 🥴 I hope it will help. Physiotherapy is most valuable part of medicine... Thx to it I already sorted my problems with neck pain.

      Thank you for your comment! 😊 Our exercises are made for everybody, regardless of your condition and age. 🙏
      If you're not able to do our exercises properly at first, don't worry about that. Just stretch as far as possible. 🙂 Even if it feels like it's impossible at the beginning and you're barely getting anything of the exercise done, it's a good start. Try to stretch a bit further every time you repeat them. Your body will get used to that stretch and make fast progress! 💪😊 So you'll soon be able to do this exercise better and relieve your pain quickly and easily! 💪

      @@Liebscher.Bracht_EN What happened I did that other exercise with your partner sitting down and stretching the up. foot. And you won’t believe what happened it was gone the next day unbelievable. Thank you so much I’ve been suffering for the last three weeks but I was doing stretching. But I guess it was the wrong one but thanks so much for your help
