Great reaction for Jimin's WHO! Jimin prerecorded this live performance for Jimmy Fallon as it was planned to be released during his mandatory military service. BTS did a lot of content prior to going in, so BTS fans, ARMY, would be entertained during the drought when they were gone. Jimin filmed this in an abandoned hotel that was reportedly haunted. You can see his breath and hear him on the live mic. I love the choreo and his vocals in this. Jimin is the best 💜💜💜🔥🔥🔥💜💜💜
There is no green screen, it's actual physical set. And Yes, Jimin sings live, just like all the BTS members, since the beginning, SUGA would tell the vocalists that it was important for them to always sing live, and they did. JIN made a comment much later when they were talking about it, that he remembers noticing that he was improving as time was going on, because of always singing live. They built up a lot of stamina and really worked on their vocals and would practice on treadmills while singing.

The song come's first the dance is choreographed once the song is recorded so he'll have the whole track on the Album plus a version with only his own backing vocals so he can use that when he's singing and dancing live. The bts you see him working on the dance and as they work out the routine he starts singing to his backing track while dancing.

The live is almost identical to the studio. All the BTS guys sound like they've swallowed the cd :) They are so damn good! Obviously the studio version has more processing and they'll use autotune for effect, but as you can see... not necessary. This is a real location in South Korea... it's an abandoned hotel, I believe. He had to pre-record this performance because he is currently serving in the military and they are not allowed to record anything new while serving. He, RM, and Jhope all recorded an entire album before enlisted so it could be released while they were serving. There are also acoustic recordings of him singing this. His other single release from "MUSE", "Smeraldo Garden Marching Band" was recorded with live vocals and he did a two song live performance of his songs "Rebirth" and "Slow Dance" as well.

Thank for reaction he improved alot...i am jimin fan..i am honest to u ..jimin was struggled in vocals alot..but he want to be better and better ...he didnt get vocal lessons when he should..but now when he went on solo ..he realised things and went on basic vocals training without hurting his throat. And this was not a green screen this was actually a set that was constructed specifically for this live performance, many people have already told you this in the comment section that all seven members except for one who has completed his mandatory military service in South Korea. This was pre-recorded and could not be in New York at the time when this was released. Also I don’t know if you’ve reacted to any of their live concert videos? That is a totally different level there live vocals are incredible especially at the concert where you can actually see and here incredible vocals the tonality and the pitch are perfect! Another thing you might not know this because I don’t know how long you’ve been reacting to the BTS members vocals but in 2019 they were at Wembley Stadium for two nights and broke records by selling out back to back concert within 90 minutes! that concert was insane the incredible vocal ability while they’re dancing and having a stable voice is top-tier performance! Here’s a little known fact about BTS how they keep the stable vocals while they’re dancing and sing on stage?. This is that they practice running on treadmill‘s while they’re singing to build up their vocal and physical stamina to control The tone stability of their vocals while dancing on stage! I know you have already did Jungkook’s vocals but you definitely need to do Kim TaeHyung a.k.a. V of BTS , he has this beautiful R&B jazz vocal tone it’s like he’s an old jazz singer from the 50s or the 40s he’s a crooner but you have to see for yourself so I would recommend, “slow dancing“, “rainy days“, “ Love me again“ the 3 Music videos are from his new album “. Layover“ I don’t know if you know this but there are four vocalist in BTS and three rappers so I don’t know if you do critiquing or evaluating vocal tonality with rapping? The members are Kim Namjoon Kim Seokjin Min Yoongi Jung Hoseok Park Jimin Kim Taehyung And Jeon Jungkook They are known for being writers, producers, composers, rappers, and vocalists! BTS music includes many genres like pop, hiphop, r&b, jazz, rock, etc. You could start anywhere and be entertained and baffled for days. They are known for being LIVE pretty much all the time and their performances are out of this world! If you want to stay on the Jimin route, i recommend the Rebirth (intro) and Slow Dance live performance. But if you want BTS, i would recommend the tiny desk npr concert. Have FUN!

this performance was definitely sung live but it seems they added some slight post production on his vocals to make them sound clearer and to reduce any muffle sounds! they would’ve performed this 4+ times on camera to get the best shots/transitions.
This was pre-recorded since Jimin is now doing his mandatory military service along with his fellow members of BTS, except for Jin who just got out. They prepared a lot to be released when they are in the military. Jungkook has done a homage to Michael Jackson, with his song Standing Next to You- I think you would like it. I also think you would really like V (Kim Taehyung), he has a jazzy R&B style- very mellow. Love Me Again and Rainy Days are both fabulous. 💜💜💜

Yes his backing tracking as he's doing all the vocals so where they over lap he can't of course do both at once live. I do the same thing.
You should watch the behind the scenes video where they did the recording. They showed the guitarist as well :-)
