Do the controllers feel cheap because they’re light or because they’re made cheap? The distinction is significant because I would hope they would be light to keep the weight of the device down. Why would I want them to be heavier.
Personally i would love to have this over the steam deck. My steam decks been great but i have to constantly fight to get things to work on it that works natively on windows. Yhe other huge factor is i love the ability to have just yhe tablet which looks like a tablet. I use my steam deck at work and there's no real way to pass it off as anything but a gaming console. That tablet of yhe Lenovo is great and the joycon idea also works out since im all ready using joycons for yhe steam deck. Joycons on the steam deck is hugely underrated. Its great to have my hands in any comfortable position instead of tethered together. Plus the steam deck actually registers those side sr sl buttons as 4 extra keys like yhe elite controllers.
The lighter the feel the better actually. If the controller has weight to it. It would be uncomfortable adding weight to the body. So lenovo did great on keeping weight down as much as possible. Helps with fatigue. After using the xbox controller for years and then using a ps5 duel sense wow that weight is drastic. 🎉 Feels lighter. Which is nice.
@@oz85 it’s weird because although the heft is there, I like it the way it is. It is just a great piece of tech. Hopefully it will be the same for you.
It’s best to wait always when it comes to these handheld pcs, have we not learned with the steam deck and ally how much better they’ve gotten with updates. I’m very interested in the go but I’m definitely going to wait until the growing pains are worked out, and I see how fast and efficient Lenovo are with these issues. Valves urgency and commitment really made me love the decl
How are the thumb sticks? I found the ROG Ally's sticks were very loose and flimsy feeling. I'm hoping the tension is stronger on the legion go. Like the Xbox controller sticks.
Hi there, could you please do a test with FFXI (native install no modifications) on Legion Go and how it goes with the full screen resolution. I use this game on the Steam Deck and I may add Legion Go for FFXI and GAmepass games. Thanks!
That was really painful to watch. I hope you didn't break anything. Be patient man, if you're ever having to force something, you're probably doing it wrong.
I wonder if Lenovo hired the idiot who designed the placement of the SD card reader on the ROG Ally? Putting the charger port on the bottom of the device which impedes using the stand and then including a carrying case that doesn't hold the charger is insanely dumb.
i think you broke your controller release button. Per other reviews, the release of the controllers are easy

Hey there, did you try aiming with your trackpad? I wonder what's it like to play fps games on handheld mode

You're reaching so hard to justify how u feel loll
Is the device available to grab in stores?????
Just got mine, and the controllers feel really good detached. Wouldn't change anything about them.
I ordered mine I just a bit scared about the weight. Is it comfortable to hold in hand??

@@AdrianMurray thank you man I will let you know!
You broke it guy. You're also supposed to plug the device in before you turn it on for the first time.
Can you play Sonic Frontiers on it like steam deck?
No only Nintendo 😢

My LB is making a spring "boing" sound is yours the same?

They feel great. Much more solid than the loose ones on the ally. They are hall effect joysticks btw, so it feels smooth.
@@daspotjoelyou got one ??
Like. Xbox
Picked up the 2tb one from microcenter ...hype is real 👍
9 hours ago...where is the full review??
Had the steam deck for 2 days and I returned it. Now I have the rog ally, I like it and all but the legion go is very appealing to me
How's the ssd slot?
Is there space in the bag for the charger?
Damn. Is it that hard to remove?

I’m Also Planning To Buy The Legion Go
Should be a great buy!
That’s Understandable Cause I Have A Feeling It Might Be A Great Device To Replace My Ps Vita
Great video love your voice!

And Android apps
Omg I hope your controller is okay, you pulled it out so hard
That's what she said
@@MrOdaddy2011 more like joystick
Pretty sure there is a release button , I don't think he pressed it and just yanked them out
9:22 Dang I Didn’t Know About That now
you are impressed by 144hz on a image ?
If this is a final production unit can you please tell me if it's native landscape or portrait?
I keep hearing that it’s portrait.
It's native portrait aka a deal breaker.
It's portrait unfortunately
How can Lenovo lie like that 😭😭 they said the final production unit will be native landscape 😅😅
@@ryulanda9399how come?
The problem is not LED
These things would be awesome if you could actually get a good egpu for 500 not 3k
Keeping it 💯 hopefully you review the Odin 2 once it releases too
I'm hoping to, as well.
Dude you have a fish hook caught on your lip. You should go see a doctor about that.
How Are Your Impressions So Far With This Handheld
