Engaging with books has significantly elevated my perspective on investing. True wealth isn't built through mere savings; financial freedom stems from strategic investments. I've learned that accumulating wealth hinges on making prudent investment decisions|
Embarking on the investment journey at 40, I envision a triumphant testimony of significant success by the age of 55.
Books have also changed my perspective on investing. Understanding that real wealth is built through strategic investments rather than mere savings is crucial. Working with an adviser has pointed me in the right direction.
'Angela Lynn Schilling’ maintains an online presence. Just make a simple search for her name online.
keep reading even when you don't fully understand the point or the purpose of the story or the text...... Good advice!
I'm probably a mediocre reader. I rarely reread books, don't keep notes, and am constantly on the search for something new.
I do this too sometimes, it comes and goes.

That's also fine. Reading is your hobby, you can do it however you like.
It's so enjoyable to watch you slowly build up this castle of literature around yourself.
❤️❤️
I genuinely feel that most of the people struggle to pick up the habit of reading and some of us who do, lose the interest in reading in midway due this very fact that we don't know how to read. Reading is essentially a personal and reflective process and everyone has a different way of engaging with it and unless we figure out our ways of doing it, we are bound to fail as a reader. Thank you for picking up this fundamental topic. It is a sort of validation that I am not the only one who has a different way of engaging with the books.
Thank you for this guide to reading and re reading Shakespeare!
thank you so much for creating this channel and for the way you talk about books ✨️
it grounds me, reminds where life really is - like those special moments and things around which everything else is still, and you get to just be.
thank you for adding some of that to the world (both you and Amreen).
Hi Elizabeth, thank you for such kind words. And we're so glad to know that our love for books resonates the way it does. ❤️🤗
Really liked what you said about just being, so much of our reading is exactly that.

This was such an interesting video and I'm so happy I found your channel.
so helpful, ayesha! i think i wanted to hear exactly what you are saying with the context behind what you are saying. the narrative shift is so important to appreciate art and here, reading, i guess and to engage with more layers what we read. the more we sit with one narrative, the more narrower the possibility of possibility becomes. i am going to come back to rewatch this video just as a support. been dealing with a lot of tiredness mentally especially when it comes to reading. i don't do read as a chore but it feels harder because perhaps i am expecting unrealistic understanding just at the first go. thank you for sharing these thoughts with us.
also, would you make a video talking about levels of book difficulty varying with genres and timelines and reading habits that come with it? not generally but about your experience and activity just like this one.
Such a joy reading your comment, truly happy to know that you found my video helpful. That, in itself, makes me want to read more!! 🖤
About making a video on what you said, I've made a note of it, it's actually a very good idea. I'll definitely work on it. Thank you so much. 😊🌻
thank you for your videos!
they are really pleasing to watch and with a free summer ahead, accompanied with some classics, these are really helpful tips!
Glad you liked the video! :)
Finally found an Indian Booktuber who likes classics and not just tiktok books ❤
thank you for the wonderful videos 🤍
Some tremendous recommendations
Shakespeare is worth reading just for the cultural references! Much love 🤍
I've tried reaching Shakespeare before but the language was incomprehensible for me but I guess this was a reminder to try again. Very cool video btw.
Julius Caesar and Merchant of Venice , only shakespeare book I’ve read, coz of school. However wanted to try and couldn’t get through few pages. This video is insightful to take small steps and try better now, will do it soon.
Instead of usual why to read Shakespeare, this video emphasised on how to start and read. Kudos to that, much needed.
Would you suggest owning one book “The complete works of Shakespeare” or buying each story as separate book.
Wonderful video as always ✨. I’m very glad that you mentioned about Kant’s The critique of Pure Reason. Please make a video on Kant’s philosophy and your personal take on Kant’s works since he has influenced the likes of Schopenhauer and Husserl. Thank you so much for talking about books with such passion and sincerity🤌🏻🙏🏻.
Thank you for watching and sharing your thoughts. 😁
I was thinking of doing a video on Kant's Critique of Pure Reason. Now that you mentioned it, shall get to it sooner.
Make a video ranking you fav books
i am so happy to find your channel, i really wanted a fellow indian (i'm assuming you're indian) talking about classics who focusses on quality > quantity. thank you for the recommendations!!
Merci pour la vidéo
Rereading is golden for the hard books. And usually after the re-read it becomes one of your favourite books.
Ahhh yes, after re-reading, you feel a lot closer to those books. It takes a ton of effort but the process is very rewarding.
Can you demonstrate how you annotate texts while reading them multiple times?
I'll share this too in one of my videos. Thanks! :):)
William’s English is very tough

I would've preferred The Complete Works of Shakespeare, just one book yes. I even saw it at one of my favorite bookstalls, a secondhand copy - was so tempted to buy it!!
@@ReadADayClub Will keep you posted on the journey . Thanks..
I don't understand Sonnets and couldn't interpret much of it. But sure there is something beautiful there. Looking forward for a video on that in future.
I am a little confused about re-reading a book. First, the constratint of time is there, indeed. I am an engineernig student in my third year, I have read over 4-5 books in this summer break, but now I don't if I will be able to even read much regularly, so how am I supposed to re-read even if I like a book so much?
I've bought Othello long ago tried it once did not understand shit. imma go try it out again bcs idk it feels worthy reading it
Critique of pure reason ..... Nice ..... Now some study of Hume is in order to counter that.
First likee🎉🎉❤
But how do i learn how to read.
No need to learn how to read if you understand the language, just read. 😁😁
Read to your heart's content!!
Hey Ayesha! Currently reading 'Capitalism, Socialism & Democracy' by Joseph Schumpeter, wbu?
Hello there! :)
I'm making my way through all of Shakespeare's works and truly enjoying every bit of it.
First comments ❤🎉🎉
You should smile more often! Reading Moby Dick or the whale rn, next is Motorcycle diaries. What are you planning next, after Shakespeare.
Is it important to make notes?
Can’t we just re read and make some research on the internet?
Wouldn’t be that enough?
I don't think you have read critique of pure reason, ur just bluffing
