As someone who played Kung Lao in this game and talked to a friend about these videos, you need to yell "FUCK YO NECK" during his X-Ray! Saying, "You know what..." beforehand when losing a ton of matches is optional, but encouraged.
But seriously you using the spin to juggle contains so much nostalgia that I'm spasming.

Wow, I need to see a whole series, like a legit CW series where Mileena tries dating while being an MK villain, but every time, she just ends up performing a fatality on them when they turn out to be wrong for her, and then canned laughter plays as she says something snarky. "This fall, join one kombative woman's quest to find the match of her life. Mileena is just a nasty, snaggletoothed half clone half genetic experiment who can't catch a break. It seems like every time someone seems right, something comes along to put an end to their perfect matchup."
Mileena sitting at the outdoor cafe explaining to her friend. "Yeah, so he just started saying there were invisible swords. Look, there's not that many of those, so I knew he was lying. And don't get me started on the one who said his grandma was sick. I killed both of them myself so I could see that movie with him. At least now he doesn't have to lie about seeing his grandma." ~pushes up nerd-glasses~ Acshually, you would need to have the Xrays bounced back to the person with Xray vision in order to see anything, and Xrays tend to pass through most things (except metals and thick enough stone/concrete, I think?). Even Xray pictures are a made as a result of Xrays passing through something and leaving a chemical and molecular change.
in the original timeline liu kang dies from his own neck being snapped,in this game kung lao is the one who gets his neck snapped.

Nightwolf and Jade are my favorite Mortal Kombat characters, I'm still upset that they aren't playable in MKX...😭 I might have to buy MK9 again... because the disc I had got scratched somehow
I used to play nightwold on 3 for the SNES. I loved that string into the upward hatchet lifter. Could charge them or pop em with an arrow if you were fast enough. I miss playing those old school mk's.

Man, it's so unfair that MK expects you to win 2 rounds of 2 vs 1 and you are never the one with 2 people.
I like how they sometimes complain about how they can't hear what the characters are saying yet they STILL have subtitles turned off
What makes it funnier is in episode 1 they mentioned turning them on...
They couldn't find the option to turn the on.
So the boss AI just decides to taunt nonstop after you lose a certain number of times? I guess that's one way to ensure everyone gets to see all the content. Feels kinda cheap tho.
I think the idea was that more times you lose, more the boss is gonna mock you for failing to take him out
I love that Shao Khans taunts are actually taunts! They are meant to degrade and enrage you! For most characters here and many other games taunts have kind just become a let me pose and show off in the middle of combat kinda thing.
