A little item that no one has commented on is that the rear seat belts have a notch on the door frame to plug them in when not in use. We like to drive with the windows down and the panoramic roof open. It really does help in keeping the belts for clattering around. We love our 2023 Tucson Hybrid.
Good review. I have a '22 model, same model as what you tested, Limited HEV AWD, but in amazon grey with black interior. I've had it for 14 months and put 17k miles on it. It has been wonderful! Best car ive owned in 40 yrs of driving and car ownership. Im surprised you don't show, or comment on the blind spot cameras that pop up in the guage display! Hyundai and Kia seems to do these cameras better than other manufacturers. It's definitely one of my favorite features in the car, and has saved me from a lane change incident a couple of times. All cars should have this! As for snow driving? I live in a snow state, and last winter i got caught having to drive in a couple of snowstorms, this car was unstoppable and drove exceptionally well and sure-footed in 6-8 inch deep snow. Just put it in snow mode, lock the center diff, and go! I had absolutely no issues in the snow. Would i buy this car again? Absolutely without hesitation! Yes!
I've shows those in several of my other hyundai reviews and had a few people commenting saying "that's common everyone knows" so I just stopped putting it in. But I do agree, it's super neat!
I own a 2022 Tucson Hybrid Blue. Great car. Selecting snow seems to make the shifts more gentle. I average 38 MPG all the time, except when it’s really cold out and the engine runs more and battery does less.
I live in Ohio and we get a decent amount snow in the winter time. My 2022 Tucson Hybrid Limited does great in the snow, way better than I expected, especially when turning off traction control and "locking" the center diff. My wife has a Wrangler and I was able to maneuver in the snow just as well as she could but obviously tires play a big part too. As far as fuel efficiency, I'm not seeing as good of numbers as he is. In the winter I only average about 30 mpg or so. But that's because the gas engine has to run way more often to keep the engine warm and work the heater. And maybe it's just Ohio's topography, but I don't get nearly as good of MPGs on the highway as I do in town. Even in the summer I only get about 32-34 mpgs on the highway. Now in the late spring, summer and early fall when the engine doesn't have to run a lot to stay warm, I can actually get a minium of 40 mpg just driving around town. My last tank I drove primarily in town and averaged 48.7 mpg for the entire tank. I recently checked my lifetime MPGs after 18K miles and I'm only averaging 31.4 mpg. But to be honest, I didn't buy the Hybrid for it's fuel efficiency. It's a plus but I bought the hybrid more for the increase performance over the 2.5 liter naturally aspriated engine that comes in the non-hybrid. I love how peppy it is even in Eco mode, thanks to the 1.6L turbo. When I need to merge onto the highway, I like putting it in sport mode and it goes!!! I never have any trouble getting up to speed fast. I can't say enough how much I love the HDA with lane centering. I've gotten so spoiled using that on highway driving that I get annoyed when I have to actually turn it off and drive it all myself lol. I've driven it to Florida twice and it made all that highway driving so much better. I used to have a negative view towards Hyundais and Kias but after driving this for over a year, I'm already planning on buying another Hyundai or Kia vehicle in a few years. I'm hoping to go full EV next time, but we'll see how the prices are when that time comes.
I would like the speed gage on the right and power on the left, I like the digital speed in the center. 2. the 10.2 iNCH touch screen, I felt cheated as ½ is all for the map while I expected the whole, the touch buttons on the lower half, should be REAL buttons for the feel without looking. I too like knobs. 3. I would like a more positive "ON" indicator, [I spent so many "words" pushing the "D", with no action, only to find the motor/engine had shutdown] the motor/engine is so quiet. Driving is much more 'fun' than my 2020 Tucson Gas model, I was surprized at the pick up of the Hybrid. I still find a problem with the 'super' thick "A" Pillars blocking vision at many corners, seeing cross traffic. I was surprized to find out that KIA is the Sister auto to the Hundai. Same chassis frame.
@@TheCarReviewGuys I have a car with a DCT transmission and it's not good for city driving. Yes, great for performance cars, race cars etc. The dual clutch transmission often hesitates and or shudders. My husband was very much wanting a Santa Cruz but the moment I found it had a DCT - Not happening. The number one issue/complaint with the Santa Cruz is exactly what I described above. I'd rather have a CVT over a DCT to be honest. If you've never owned a DCT and experienced the bad performance then you wouldn't understand. I am also involved in a class action lawsuit for this very issue with my car.

Any problem with it so far?

I like the way you demonstrate the hunday tucson limited hybrid. Very cool!
Appreciate it 🙏

Appreciate the feedback! So many people don't understand how far kia and hyundai have come! Thanks for watching 🙏
I purchased my 2023 day before new years and I absolutely love it! I have it in Amazon Gray
Great color!
Electronic parking brake is where? Console or driver side on dash? A very important aspect.
Kinda near center console. Below the buttons for gear selection
Does Hyundai tucson that dont have htrac and is only hybrid is 4WD, confused about this. Only hybrid dont have lock button inside.
for Hyundai alloy wheels, are they in Cast alloy or Forged alloy in general?
Great video. I think rhe best color for Tucson is rhe Amazon Gray

Hyundai owns Kia and Genesis. I reviewed the Kia sportage hybrid as well. (kia version of Tucson)
Does this have wireless Apple CarPlay?
It has wired CarPlay but has a wireless charging feature.
2023 - NO EXCUSE for not having wireless apple car play.
weird that the Hyundai website lists only the lower model Blue has wireless android and Apple car play.
Hope 2024 has wireless apple car play
Hyndai Genesis line also doesn't have wireless carplay... seems they're boycotting it
Great review, thanks. Were you parked in the middle of the street?
It's a closed dead end haha and thanks
I have had one6 months it is dangerous with the screen inside. the back window is bad the wiper is rubbish
I'll take a 6 speed transmission any day over the CVT or the dreaded DCT.
CVT I understand. What makes you not like a DCT? 🤔
