I love that you actually pick up trash and turn it into treasure. Most trash to treasures come from the thrift store. Thrift store funds is not trash. Love what you do! Keep them coming.
It just amazes me what you can do with other people's trash. Keep up the great work
Love how the rocker turned out. But then I love all your stuff.
I just love your taste and that your family laughs so much❤️❤️❤️Canadians ROCK
That turned out so precious ! You have an eye for repurposing other people trash. One man trash another man’s treasure!!! Love your channel
I normally don't ever comment on videos but I just have to keep telling you how much I enjoy yours.
That rocking chair is just amazing and I'm so relieved you saved it 🤗💖💖
The chair is one of my favorite projects you've done! Such a great idea!
I so appreciate your genuineness and all of your awesome awesome trash to treasures, keep them coming please!!
Love that you repurpose items from in the dump and the old saying is one person's junk is another's treasure
Besides being a skilled furniture refinisher, you are also a talented stylist
Wow!!! Such treasures! You did a Wonderful job! God Bless you and your Family!
So happy for you♥️🙏🦋🕊🌻
love how you set up the items to see the whole picture. Thanks!!!
Very well done!!! Theres so many things to be said about how creative and inspiring you are. I admire the creativity and appreciate every time you rescue another good item from the dump. It's such a responsible thing to teach people to stop and look around and repurpose things. I haven't ever liked "cookie cutter" living--everyone has everything just alike. It's great to be an original!! CONGRATULATIONS on those numbers going higher and higher!!!
I'd LOVE to find an old treadle sewing machine cabinet. But they are popular and no-one ever throws them away.
I love the rocker. You just reminded me I have a bunch of the hand woven blankets from a trip in 1997. Now I’m going to bring them out of the attic and upholster something. Keep your treasure videos coming. Love them.
I love the typing table!
Once again... wow! And once again, love your staging!
I absolutely love the chair. You have inspired me to do a trash to treasure garden. Going to work on my creations over the winter months then I will post a pic for you
The cart looks like an old typewriter table....good job...
That métal cart is actually a vintage typing table!! Love them!!
I love the dump!
Out of all my friends and acquaintances I am the only one that would go to the dump like you do to find trash to turn into treasures. And there aren’t too many women that will hook up a trailer by themselves and head out let alone use any kind of tools!
Well done you!
love that Bentwood rocker!
Love the chair!! The fabric is beautiful
Mine would be a peacock chair.... I've wanted one since I was a child 💕
Elysia, I wish you would do more trash to treasure videos like this one! Your other videos are great, but the trash to treasures are my absolute favorite. You are truly artistic and creative. Thanks for sharing with us.😊😊
I wish i could go dump diving. I love that rocker💖 TFS your always AMAZING💖💖
Love the rocker! If I ever am so lucky to find one I would the same thing. It would totally fit into my home decor
So wonderful to see so many people are finding you 😊
Wow Awesome chair makeover
That rocker is a great find and you brought it back to life. Love it!
I enjoy watching you bring things back to life. It inspires me to hunt for treasure. Thanks for sharing.
I would love to find an old military chest.
You are so talented thank you for sharing your talents
I love your creativity 💕 The chair reminds me of my grandma she had one. It’s one of my favorite memories of her sitting and rocking just relaxing for hours. I’m not sure what would be my ultimate find but just finding a treasure piece and turning it into something amazingly beautiful. 😊
Love that chair!
I love love love the vintage table! You have such a creative eye and your work is absolutely beautiful!
🤪 with all your projects you are amazing!
I just took on my first big project by myself the other day! You inspire me so much to make something that was once old and forgotten into an amazing peice!!! Love your channel!
It is so fun to watch you literally take trash and turn it into treasures! My daughter have a phrase we use on thrift store or garage sale days for our favorite find that day.......our "treasure of the day." So, your videos remind me of those moments! Keep on keeping on English family!!
Once again another save,... awesome can't wait to see what you are going to do with that frame.
Hi from a fellow Canadian (Manitoba). I'm glad I found your channel. You're inspiring with your visions for all the pieces.
The metal table is an old typewriter table. Love your ideas, thank you for all your hard work.
Super awesome! I love the fabric on the rocking chair. I really like the addition of the wood on the metal stand which gave it a lot more style. You go girl!
Love that Fabric and the table looks so COOL
You are so lucky that your husband enjoys this journey with you. As great as my husband is he cringes when I say, “ I have to show you something I saw on either you tube or Pinterest.” 🤣 most of the time he’s a good sport. Kudos to your hubby for being so supportive of your dream!!!
My husband is worse... whenever he sees something he likes in the street trash, he tells me "There's a great heap of street trash outside, I know you like street trash!" - and then he's disappointed when I don't come home with the exact item he had his eyes on BUT DIDN'T MENTION because he doesn't want to seem like the kind of person who adopts furniture from the street trash.
And they say women don't know how to communicate. Haha.
Man I wish my husband loved the street trash. He calls it junk, I know it’s sad 😔 lucky you!
Yes I'm really jealous..
my hubby can I be a good sport sometimes. depends on how many other "projects" I have going at the time! usually he says something like, "what are you going do do with that?" or " do you REALLY need that right now?" but if I can tell him what it's for he will help me get it. or shake his head mumbling, "i don't see it, but ok.." He told me along time ago that he has stopped underestimating the power of my imagination. That if I can see something in something than it's there, I just have to make it so.
@@trinelangohr6661 lol...this made me laugh cause my son's father is the same way. He will never admit it tho. Lol
Love the pieces and your styling!
the bent Cain rocker is what I use to rock my babies to sleep, glad you rescued it!!! Judy
I have my grandmother’s typewriter table, and another one I picked up from Goodwill. I’ve been using the Goodwill table as a small project table to paint, glue and whatnot. My grandmother’s was still in mint condition, but I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do with it. You given me some good inspirational ideas! 💡 💡 💡Thanks!
You create some beautiful stuff thanks for sharing.
Great! I found a steel desk like that at our complex trash bin. I love it.
My Brentwood rocker had a cane back and seat. My husband gave it to me for our first of second Christmas. I think it was our first in 1977.
Girl you are amazing!!!
Elisha you get better and better each video you’re awesome 😎
love the blanket on the rocking chair
Oh my goodness! I have this same metal table. I never thought about putting a wood top on it. Really love it.
My grandmother and mother used that type of table for a typewriter. It's fun to see a memory like that! I just love all your finds! Thank you for sharing!
I have a little green table exactly the same that I thrifted a few years ago. I can't wait to do this. Awesome
I’m enjoying the RV redo!, but my favorite video’s are the trash to treasure ones.
Very nice finds and the finale result is lovely well done.
This was another good one! I really like the chair. I had never thought about using the blanket to cover the chair. That was two saves at once.
Love your videos! That metal table is so cool! 👍 I would love to find a metal cart to use in my kitchen.
Love how he folding table turned out and also the he chair, great inspiration 👍
The coat rack from that first video is amazing!!! I love it and it was my fave!!
You rocked that rocking chair. I really like your catcus cutout with it. It's very South Western style. Thank you for sharing.
Kim 💓
The chair is amazing, totally love it!
That is an old typing table you picked up. The typewriter would go in the middle and the sides would come up to to hold whatever you were copying. I had one in school a very long time ago! Cute find!
Thanks for the info Marygold25!!
I have a typewriter table in our guest bedroom. I love the idea of adding a wooden shelf below for books!
I love how you stage everything! The bison! Just as important to see how you use it to help us get our own picture in our minds of our items.
Super cute tutorials and it’s nice to see how happy you get at the dump
Yes that is a vintage typewriter table from the 30s or 40s! I got one myself from Freecycle a few months ago and I'm having it restored now. I had it sandblasted and I'm going to have it painted a high gloss white and use it a coffee bar!
So glad you saved that rocker! What a perfect boho piece. I’m absolutely in love with the window frame as well.
I loooove that chair!! It's not even my style but it definitely could be!
I love that table and that rocking chair k so cute
Love the vintage typewriter table!
I love that rocker! Reminds me so much of my grandma. I spent a lot of time before naps rocking in that at her house. 🥰
Wow! Talk about perfect upcycling! I especially love that chair - always loved rocking chairs. Your staging is always a great ensemble too. Super!
Great Find's !! Love the "New Chair" and the Fabric, as well as the Long,Thing Hanging on the Wall.
As always, great job!
the rocker redo...most excellent!!!!!
Everything turned out BEAUTIFULLY thanks for sharing 😊
That chair looks so comfortable!!
That little table is an old typewriter stand! Good to see you upcycling one of my memories.☺
that's what I taught when I saw it!
My preacher grandpa used one for his old Remington typewriter and I can still hear that familiar sound of him typing his sermons and placing his pencil on that table.
@@gmamah9559 What a sweet memory.
I found one years ago and painted it and used it for sewing ...it was very sturdy !
I love when your transformations are easy to do without any complicated tools ;)
You did a beautiful job with both the Bentwood rocker and the old typing table! Good work!
Cool find on the Bentwood rocker, love it. That's an old typewriter table. Love you videos Elysia
I wld absolutely freak out if I found any vintage wood furniture no matter what I was.
That cart is an old typewriter table. They were always handy. Nice rocker. Nice job.
❤️that rocking chair! You have such a keen eye for design style. When I grow up I want to be like you. Lol!!
Love the rocking chair.
I like the rocking chair, but I would use different foam to use inside the chair cover. The little metal table is awesome find. Amazing what people throw away. I like to roadside garbage pick. I really would love to do what you do, but on a more simpler scale. Thank you for the inspiration. TFS.😊 😉 👍 💖 🌞
Nancy Peteja yes! Can’t believe the old gross foam was reused!!
Love the trash to treasures..sadly we are not allowed to go into dump here anymore..I always got great finds there myself to revamp
You're my favorite new RUclipsr! Love everything you do, you have such a good eye for what should be done to a piece, you never over do something.
Stacey Diehl aww thank you!!!
You are too young to recognize a vintage typewriter stand but you knew it was cool!
I have 2 of those chairs and didn’t know what to do with them. THANS for the great idea. Love your videos! 👍😘
I hope you can do a project on a tiny house build out of re ycled materials and fill it with your pcycled furniture and decor. That would be awesome!
