WOW. KIA is pretty much encouraging people to replace a simple health component without going to a dealership. Just like swapping out a furnace filter... I am so impressed. WTG KIA !
Yes, I just changed the cabin filter in my Ioniq 5, which is also accessible through the rear lid in the frunk. I've got to hand it to Hyundai/Kia for using the same design for replacing such filters. So much easier than what I had to do to change them in my previous LEAF and Model 3. Smart!
Love how they make it so easy. And just imagine, people are paying dealers $50+ to do this for them…
I use the KnN filter and its amazing i dont have to blow my ac in my ioniq6 super high speeds speed 2 on a hot sunny day is just enough..
I just replaced mine with a similar one, and I feel like the airflow is not very good, and I wonder if I got a filter that is over filtering it. Is that a potential problem, and are there ones that are better for airflow?
