I personally did not remove the factory horn but yes I did tap into the factory wiring so the new horns would still work when pressing in the steering wheel
@@Chrisjf428 can’t you make a adapter that would connect to the plug that came out of the stock horn and connect to it and have the plugs for the horns at the other end
Nice alright, Hey man...? what about an Oil Catch Can?? would you happen to have one installed? The quality seems really good the sickspeed catch can, do you know anyone who has one? its for my 2009 Kia Spectra!!
Brandon Alexanian I meant to say when the DRL’s or headlights are on. The dogs with with DRLs and the dogs work with headlights on you can have dogs on either way

Hi. Everything is fast forward. Didnt show any details on how specifically the horn was installed. Detailed wiring proceedure please..
Alvin Astudillo it’s just a plug and play harness I bought, you connect it to the battery then plug the horns in
@@yvonnegraham8482 umm? I’m not sure how to respond to this
So you just leave the stock horn alone or do you remove it and tap into the harness that the stock horn has

@@Max_ellis74 the Sick Speed horns require more power to make them work so you need the wire harness for this upgrade
Where did you connect the ground wire?
Since it’s been years since this install I don’t remember off the top of my head but you can bolt to any factory chassis ground location
hey liked your vid!! would you recommend these horns?
Ricky A. Yes I would! Still have them on my car and they are a huge upgrade from stock!

the sickspeed catch can, do you know anyone who has one?

Ricky A. Unfortunately I don’t have their catch can Installed and I’m not sure of anyone who does so I can’t help with that one
no worries, thank you
Can you give me a list of tools required and sizes of screw bolts and nuts? I want everything prep before I install the horns.
Aeson I don’t remember exactly because it’s been a few years but the kit I bought came with everything but the tools
Chris Fortunato I see. Thanks bro 🤙🏻
Cant you just access the horn by removing the fake vent instead of the entire bumper?
Rob you could if you wanted to, but you could scratch your paint and running the wires would not be fun with the bumper on, but that’s just my opinion
nice job.....i got the same car in black......what octane fuel do you run ........can you run 93 octane............
Daniel Madden out here in Arizona we have 87, 89, and 91 most commonly and I always run 91
What did you use to mount the horns to the crash bar?
I used the brackets that come with the horns, drilled into the crash bar then mounted them with bolts and nuts i bought at Home Depot
@@Chrisjf428 Hey C Fort! Just saw your vid, may I know what size bolts and nuts you got at Home Depot?
I have a 2018 civic coupe. So you have to remove just about the whole front of the car. There has to be a better way.
This was the easiest way I found to do this
Wait how are the fog lights on without the headlights on?
Brandon Alexanian fog lights turn on with the drl’s and headlights
@@Chrisjf428 The front shots especially at 0:10 made me think it was just drls, fogs, and side markers on

@@Chrisjf428 Thats the first time i've heard that. All over the forums people are trying to figure out how to do this.
I’m not sure if it’s just a hatchback thing but my civic has done it since the day I bought it

Michael Keefer shoeing people what they can upgrade on their car

Michael Keefer I never said it was a how to and there is clips of the sound... you must have watched the whole video
