KAZAN I’m going to give you a little tip about how to finely dice onions 🧅 and it’s one step , so what you need to do is cut the onions 🧅 in half and leave the onions 🧅 roots on peal the onion 🧅 now all you need to do is cut them horizontal then cut them vertically cutting right down to the roots and discard them by leaving the onions roots on it keeps the onion from falling apart I hope that I don’t offend anyone and especially you KAZAN
How is it thickened? Myself and several family members tried it as per the video, and the cream and water just ran off and did not cling to the veggies?

instead of plain salt add chicken salt an Italian herb mix.
and if you don't have the veggies put sun dried tomatoes, olives, and grilled capsicum.
