Rob, as so many have mentioned, your videos were essential for our recent trip to WDW. I was an attractions cast member at Tower in DCA, but it's been a decade since I worked there and I had never been to the Orlando parks. I was worried about navigating Genie + (we had analog FastPass when I was at Tower) but your videos put me right at ease and made our trip a blast for our group. Especially as a first timer to these parks, your videos just showing the path to destinations (thinking of AK early entry in particular) made my job of playing the Genie slots on the brisk walk with a stroller and two toddlers all the easier. Just wanted to say thank you so much!
