Totally agree. I look for the few that brush teeth 1st thing and those who make the bed properly, including the under sheets 😭😭😭 and bath in the morning.. maaaa 😤😷😷

II II then that means you should brush after you put everything in your mouth, when you wake up they are the stingiest cuz you haven't been doing anything with your mouth for the amount of hours you have been sleeping.. which should be 8 hours.
Reason why dentists advise to brush 1st thing in the morning and last thing at night before going to bed.. 🤷‍♀️

I had eczema on my face really bad, and whenever I put makeup on to cover it up the rash would get way worse. So now that my face is clear I'm horrified that if I put makeup on the rash will come back. O - O But whatever I can deal with no makeup. REMINDER- wash your face and stay healthy from the inside out, unless of corse you want a red itchy rash on your face or body for a few years like me!
