Hi Tom. Thanks for the review xx For any Brits, this book is advertised on Amazon UK to be released on 28th September, at a price of £20.88. However, it's available NOW from Blackwells (often MUCH cheaper than Amazon, Book Depository and Wordery, so always check them first) at a price of £14.75, so snap it up now! - With that massive saving, we can all afford to put Tarot on Earth in our baskets as well!!!!!
Finally just ordered this Caitlin Matthew's book in time for my depth year. I fell off the Tarot on Earth wagon a few weeks ago (spilling water over my lovely journal didn't help) but getting back on it for 2019.
When this book arrived in the shop, I quickly snatched it up because it is written by Matthews and it's about TdM. I hadn't even opened it but I knew I needed it to work with in tandem with my T.O.E. Great review! Thank you.
Also appreciate this review. Not even kidding, when I saw this book, I thought "I hope Tom Benjamin reviews it" since I finished not so long ago working through your book. I have Matthews' Lenormand book and like it structurally, but have spent almost no time with it (bought it with grand plans to learn the system and didn't get very far). This one, though, looks great... still a good month away to release apparently, so into the wishlist it goes. The spreads (which are a part I often skim in many books) sound really good in this one.
Great topic, thanks for sharing! I’m chewing my way through your workbook, slowly! And for once not reading ahead but doing the job that I was told 😂 I’ve been digging numbers for years and making tons of notes and they’re slowly coming together....because of the work you put into your book. Thanks Ben! I think my brain will enjoy The Untold Tarot as well👍🏽
Really appreciate this book review and walk through. Some of those chapters are very appealing and perked my curiosity....like chapter 6, on. I appreciate, too, that the language is actually not on the high scholar level - something I can assimilate and will keep my attention. Thank you, Tom!
Hello Tom I’m new to commenting as I am basically catching up with the video channels with which I am interested. I like the fact the your book is a work book, which is important to those of us who are trying to work with decks. I actually ordered it earlier today. I do have Ben-Dov’s & Matthew’s books already. Thank you for creating this reading & learning aide. I will keep you posted of my readings , questions & progress. :D
If you go to Barnes and Noble dot com and search this book it IS available in many stores in US but not available at all stores. I found it in 5 stores fairly close to me in Central FL...but you have to go into the store to get it. :D
Man, there are so many books I want to get right now and now I got reminded that this book is out! xD But it looks pretty interesting and love, love the color pages (however because of the color pages the book is more expensive, >sigh
Thank you for your review, very much appreciated and nicely done. I wish you continued success. I find Caitlin Mathews seems to be incapable of not having her personal bias be present in this book and in her other writings. Her research is well done. Her injection of personal bias though is unnecessary and inappropriate. It is disheartening and discrediting to her work and reputation - she really should just keep it out.
I haven't really noticed that, but I only know this book and her Lenormand book. I haven't detected any particular biases in them, but I wasn't really looking for them, either.
For anyone interested, the actual review starts at 15:00
@Oakley Christopher No, no-one cares.

Im only just getting back into it now, devoting 2019 too for study and I have to order Caitlin Matthews book today!
I think if I had to do it again, I might make ToE a little easier to work with. I think most people fall off the wagon. It's a lot to go through.

Mmm!! I think you're going to like it! She's such a good writer.

Ha! As soon as I heard about it, I knew I would have to do a review. I REALLY like it. And the spreads are really cool.
...yeah... forget wishlist... after I left that comment I totally went back and hit 'preorder.' Oops. Can't wait! :D
Btw, I have no intend to fine you, but others may, so you might want to go through the description under the video again😉🤫
Great reviews and useful information. Appreciate your time and knowledge. Thanks
Wow great review. I was looking forward to get this book. I have the clasical silly question though. Does she use reversals?
That’s a great question. I honestly don’t remember. 🤣 sorry. My memory is the worst.

Yay! I'm glad you're enjoying it. I know it's kind of a ton of work, but hopefully it'll pay off!

I would not buy The Marshmallow Marseilles just for the silly name.
