CSX Sandpatch Spectacular- October, 1999

The Conrail split-up is in it`s 5th month. Traffic levels have increased on CSX`s
Keystone Subdivision since June. Lease power is running wild. Foreign power
is present. The fall foliage is peak and the weather is perfect. Shot on 8mm video
and made with Corel Videostudio Pro.
