Hello Extreme Daily Drivers! I just wanna say thank you so much for posting this video. This was the most simple and visual way of explaining how to replace the headlights. I worked on my 2005 scion xb headlights the other day. Took me about 20 mins to replace my headlights! Again, thank you very much.
Looks great! I took my front bumper off to install my lights as well, but due to rust I snapped a bolt off that's under the grill. Camt wait for me xb content.

Im not gonna lie i didnt think the blacked out grill and headlights wouldve looked good at first but after i seen it installed WOW! That looks fantastic!! I love how it looks like just one big black out strip! Keep it up man love the xb content im gonna check out the shirts now!
It's funny, but when the car is white I really don't like the color matched grill. It looked fine on my old Blue Onyx Pearl, but not so much on the white box. I'm also thinking I'm going to go back to a black FFF. I was originally going to paint it white.

I just did the oem grill on my 2005 xb. Waiting on the black projector headlights but have those ones you installed in now. I did install the blacked out foglights as well with the 2 lower oem grills.great work bro. Ill have to post a pic of my box soon fir ya

JDM headlights point off to the left slightly because they drive on the other side of the road there... With the super bright LED bulbs you will be blinding oncoming traffic, super dangerous.
Make sure to install relay under the dash when you install foglight. It will be hard to get to if you have big hands. Also there is a plug under the radio to plug in the light switch just take the blank out.

As mentioned before, I would love to find a video of some rim decisions and how to find what you want as far as look, stance etc. I have an 05 with the stock hub caps and I hate them, but I don’t have a lot of money to buy baller rims and tires for it. I’ve been trying to find at least a set of cheap used stock rims that are not steelies, but everything I have found is either junk, or too expensive. Also, my tires are near new, so I would prefer to just be able to swap them onto an actual set of rims. Thanks again for the great xb videos!
I have a question for you. My xB is 2006 started to make a tractor noise in when I’m up at 3000 rpm I start hearing a hissing noice get louder as I speed up and on the freeway.

I have these headlights. But I'm running standard bulb setup. Been looking for some smoked spyder led tail lights for my white xb. Every where seems to be out of stock or sold out. You got any suggestions.???

Even thoughs spyder black bezel head lights are out of stock about everywhere right now. The halo's are easy to find. Thanks for responding.. Looking forward to the next Miata video.
I have an 06 scion xb and i have a rattle noise from my brake area, I usually hear it on a bumpy road but goes away once I step on the brake. Any ideas?
Yeah, you have to strike while the iron is hot with a lot of these parts for our old cars. Many of the parts I have made videos on are no longer available and most of the videos aren't even a year old. If you see something you like for the xB, buy it!! You may never see it again.
@@ExtremeDailyDrivers I found that out. I just picked my xb up a couple weeks ago and watched all your videos (thanks for great quality btw). I bought some lights from a company and then they refunded me saying they can't get them anymore. Ugh.

You could add switch back turn signals and a flasher relay to go with the new lights. Also did you remove the orange reflector in your old housing?

Looks great! I changed out my headlamps with Jdm. I am running 4 9005 Led Xk glow bulbs. Super bright!

I would recommend some XXR 15x8's. You can find them for cheap on ebay. You can run your stock tires on that wheel, as well for a good, safe stretch.

You never mentioned if you removed bottom bolts or clips

do you even need to remove the bottom bolts/clips if you just need access to the 2 headlight screws?

Nice Go with led bulbs i have them on mine way better than hids
I know the LED's are easier to install, but I kinda like how I can choose what temp to run with the HID's.
Can you be awesome and do the big 3 upgrade pls 🙏 it's an easy mod, also install HID's
