There is only one hero that actually buys Meteor Hammer and that's Storm Spirit and it's not for any chain-stunning combo but because the hero genuinely takes advantage of one particular stat from Meteor Hammer: Mana Regeneration Amplification %. Compared to Kaya, Meteor Hammer now gives more mana regeneration for a fraction of the cost and combined with Storm Spirit's Galvanized, a lot of his mana issues are significantly mitigated.
