Bro I love you for this video I have the new graphite watch and wasn’t sure how some of the bands would look with this new color this definitely helped me have a better idea
Can you do a separate video reviewing the new leather link band? Maybe review it compared to the leather loops. Are you by chance getting the Diver Blue Leather Loop from Apple? I was wanting to see that color more up close. Thanks.
Nice video, graphite looks nice but definitely doesn't match some of the bands as well as stainless. Need another video like this once the titanium comes in. ;)
I ended up going with the aluminum blue (mainly because of cost), but I was really torn between that and the graphite stainless steel. The blue is sleek and very well done, but doesn’t go well with that many band colors imho. Graphite without doubt can go with pretty much any band color flawlessly.
I didn’t like the way it looked with the steel band. My mind is always changing. I hate having so many options. But I changed it again in my latest video.
@@daniellasteel8863 you’d be getting a few upgrades from that one. Nothing major but I love always on display. I actually return my graphite 🙀 and got a Titanium but now selling that for a series 5 ceramic. I hate having too many good options. 😂
Love to see a review and your thoughts on the California Poppy Leather Loop! It’s one of 3 bands I’ve ordered for my new Watch Series 6. Can NEVER have too many bands 🤙🏾
It doesn’t show micro abrasions as easily as the normal stainless casing does, but there are most certainly plenty of small abrasions on my Series 6 graphite stainless, which is disappointing. I purposely chose this color, even though my last two Apple Watches have been stainless, which is my preference.
Yeah and sadly once you get them there is nothing that can be done while with the stainless silver you can polish it. Which does get rid of a lot of them.
I was torn between the silver SS and graphite and ultimately went with the graphite. I feel it can go with gold or silver jewelry. But the Silver is so shiny and nice 🤔
Graphite is a weird one cause in the list it can looks close to the color of stainless but other times it looks black. Stainless will go with more bands. But the extra coating on graphite does make it harder to scratch, but if it does scratch there is nothing you can do where stainless can be polished.
I like a lot of different bands myself. I was doing before the Apple Watch 1 came out. I have a bunch of real alligator watch bands that will fit my Apple 4 series watch and I’ve been thinking of switching the hardware over to the Apple hardware to wear with my watch. Got around 35, give or take, watches. Handful of high end too but since I got my first Apple watch(4) I haven’t taken it off. Got my siblings to takeoff their high end watches and put on the Apple watches. Did the same with the computers and so on. Love your watch band collection. Save those discontinued bands, they’re classics. Like those nylons which are very nice looking on your watch. Plus that metal band, beautiful. I had to look up the FFF button-stud band, very nice and different! Keep up the collecting, very impressive so far!! Thanks! Best to you and your family for 2021.
i'm getting the series 7 ss graphite its coming for a couple of days now and i'm thinking which band will look good at it and this video helps me decide what to take. The red sport band and the white nike sport band looks good and the milanese graphite is dope
These are the colors Apple need to have for the Stainless Steel collection. #1 Silver Stainless Steel Case #2 Yellow Gold Stainless Steel Case #3 Rose Gold Stainless Steel Case #4 Space Black Stainless Steel Case #5 Graphite Stainless Steel Case
Brian Minor Those are the top 5 stainless steel colors people like to wear and everyone would be happy. I prefer the Black stainless and Yellow Gold stainless to go with my gold jewelry. 👍🏽
The graphite looks silver is some lightning, the difference between silver stainless steel and graphite is pretty small in my opinion, not as big as space black and stainless steel look.
Back then it was 44mm I believe which this was the series 4. If you have an Apple Store close by they will let you try them on. I personally recommend going larger if you can. More screen is always better I just got the ultra. It’s big but the screen is amazing.
Great content! In your opinion, does the stainless steel link bracelet match the graphite colour? I was thinking about getting space black but it looked quite nice on your video.
Yeah I think it flows well enough. Great thing about graphite is either works. I prefer stainless tho. I made a video how to restore them to more like new recently and talked about how you can find used ones that need restored on eBay for $50-$100 instead of dropping $350 on a new one.
Do you have a local Apple store open near you. The website store stock isn’t accurate. So there is a chance the could have it or get it in. That’s how I got the blue one.
There wasn’t any scratches on the watch at this point but yes the way the space black and graphite band are finished they can cause some crazy damage to the back sensor glass as well.
I switched from the Graphite to the Titanium. I just wanted something lighter in color. The Silver Stainless is still my favorite it scratches easily, but its still awesome and goes with all the bands
If you like it that’s all that matters. Some people don’t like mixing the black and silver I don’t mind it. I used to rock the space black with silver link band. I called it the robocop combo.
Great thing about apples band mechanism is you can make whatever you like. If you have multiple sport bands or leather loops you can even mismatch them for two tone looks.
If you get the stainless then the link band is by far my favorite. With the titanium silver the yellow leather is my favorite. But overall I’d say the braided solo loop. Once you get the right size it’s amazing.
I picked this one up in store on the first day they were valuable for sale. I had preordered it the day of the announcement. But canceled that cause I would have had to wait a week.
@@TheAppleBias Thanks. Great reviews by the way with very honest opinions. from sound of it, you are saying these apple watches are very durable ? since banging it around so many times, it works just fine ?? i am not buying the verizon insurance on these things so it is bit worrisome
Yeah sapphire is way more scratch resistant. But if you do happen to drop the watch it can still shatter. Never happened to me, but seen some photos online. I always buy AppleCare+ just in case on my phones and watches. Usually helps with resell when the time comes.
Sadly I don't have it anymore. I went back to the stainless steel watch I have a friend that has one and still has no scratches on his. I have seen some pictures with ones scratched, but not sure what all it took to do it.
Thank you for this video! Much needed
Happy to help.
Thank you so much for making this video! Exactly what I needed.
8:56 - this is why i'm buying this combo tomorrow for the series 7!
I’m with you! The black SS with the brushed stainless band looks great .
Hi l enjoyed your video and I love ❤️ those beautiful Apple Watch ⌚️ bands! Looking forward to more of your videos.. stay safe out there.

I do plan to do a video on the leather link comparing it to the leather loop. But as of right now I don’t plan on getting the diver blue one.
I need Apple to hear me when I say 🗣 they NEED to bring back the classic leather buckle (please)
I agree

Yeah I also ended up switching to the titanium. Graphite is amazing, but I’ve come to realize it’s too dark most of the time for my liking.
@@TheAppleBias I thought you didn’t like the titanium per the series 5 video? What changed your mind?
I didn’t like the way it looked with the steel band. My mind is always changing. I hate having so many options. But I changed it again in my latest video.
I am really loving this Graphite Apple watch now after getting 12 pro max Graphite I really want this watch color

How has the graphite stainless steel held up over time, does it show micro abrasions and scratches easily?
It doesn’t show micro abrasions as easily as the normal stainless casing does, but there are most certainly plenty of small abrasions on my Series 6 graphite stainless, which is disappointing. I purposely chose this color, even though my last two Apple Watches have been stainless, which is my preference.

Really appreciated this video, especially with your comments on each. Can’t have too many--and if there is too many, then 3D printer is the answer!
Ha yes!

I had to go with the silver stainless steel. Love your collection bro. Great video.
Thanks man I ended up switching to the stainless as well.
@@TheAppleBias hell yey!! I think it is so classy looking, and it matches anything and can be polished.
The only one ur missing is the apple space black genuine link one .. would look good with good ur series 6 graphite !
I have another video with it. 😂 I borrowed it for a Quick Take video I did. And it did look great.

Yeah I eventually went back to stainless just because it shines more. But they are both so great. Trying out the ultra now.
I have a Gold SS 4 & about to buy the 8 & can’t decide between Silver or the Graphite 🤦♀️

Yeah it’s very close when the light hits it right. But when lighting is low it looks pretty dark
the graphite stainless looks more like the regular stainless. Im guessing it scratches easily too?
It has the same coating as the gold so it should be less scratchable than the raw stainless model. But space black and even stronger coating.
Very helpful
Glad to hear it helped.
