    Sounds great Ben! Wonder what wrecked the bearings? Get dumped overboard and left to dry out? Bad lower seal? Someone will get a great engine for sure...

      I have no idea what happened to it. I very rarely get any history on a motor.

    Before you said so, I was wondering why your fan wasn’t removing the exhaust fumes. (I probably watched the videos out of order). How often do you have to change out the water in your test tank?

      Yeah I really need to replace the fan! I think the water is about 2 years old

    Hi Ben, What BRAND of motor oil 50:1 mix would you recommend for these vintage motors?

      I really don’t think it matters! Just as long as it is TCW-3 rated. I tell people that if they don’t like the smell then change their oil brand
