hey!!! i used to have dry skin too. i recommend Eucerin Roughness Relief Lotion.

hey, this is a really uncomfortable situation, cus the things you need to help you aren't available.
check out products that your family and siblings may be using, and see if you can use them for your type of skin.
if that isn't available as well, you'd just have to manage with what's available in your home. when you do have money even though it may be small amounts, see how you can prioritize to get atleast a cleanser to help wash your face.
i know it's hard, but you'd have to manage and hustle so you can provide for your own basic needs.
