Great video, I grew a full one out for the first time last year out of trying something new and been switching it up between that and just my usual goatee ever since.
All these benefits are facts and one thing I noticed is when I was 260-280 people would treat me different without a beard. I fluctuate now between 210-217, 185-190 is still the goal before I bulk up and I'm sure by mid July I'll be there.
For me I can now get away with both, but I attract different types depending on the look. No facial hair, early 20s women usually (I'm 29), beard, mid 20s to lots of Milfs.😌💯

It’s weird having a beard is almost as if you’re buff in a way because people look at your differently and with great respect but if you don’t have a beard than at least bulking up is equivalent. Is it true that the more you shave your facial hair .... the more it grows faster ?
Nope. It’s a myth. When you shave your hair you’re only cutting it from the surface not the root. So it’ll grow back at the same rate that it’s genetically programmed too nothing more. Hope this helped!
Beard growth is linked to your body's ability to synthesize DHT which is active form of testosterone. Boosting testosterone level is quite easy: just live somewhat healthy lifestyle:
- exercize and lift weights
- eat protein and carbs, make sure your body gets enough fats
- minimize stress (important)
- make sure your body gets all vitmins including D (from sun or supplements)

Just don't over trim it because it can kill your beard.
Okay, there is one but you don't want negative side effects of low testosterone.
