Definitely noticed a change from my military days of having to be clean shaven and a few years after when I grew a beard. The interest from women exponentially went up. Instead of me chasing them, they began to chase me no joke. And you’re right Jeff gotta keep it trimmed and taken care of.
I started losing hair so I shaved my head, then I grew a beard now at 57 I get more attn from women than I did in my 30s I was surprised that even younger women, who didn't find me attractive 20 yrs ago now do, money, charm or game have nothing to do with it, So try it guys!
This video gets my stamp of approval. I'm a serious man and my beard compliments my personality. Fellas if you can grow a full beard I highly suggest trying it out for a year or so. There will be an adjustment if you grow it out long like I rock it as some people will find it intimidating. When I first grew out my beard I had several acquaintances try to convince me to shave stating I looked "threatening", like a "criminal", "dangerous", etc, etc. Whatever........., I'd rather be perceived to be threatening than weak and "approachable". We live in a modern world that seeks to emasculate men...especially African American men, growing and rocking a beard helps push back against that nonsense and gets men back to who they are meant to be imo.
What I find funny is that there are always people who approve or disapprove of what you're doing with your own hair and style and they will always try to see if they can control you. You do you. Also ironically, I had a thick beard for 2 years, and I just shaved it all off to the bare skin. And now I got people telling me i look more authoritative. Like a cop. It's interesting the responses you hear.
@@Tyler-gq7on From my experience! They do it out of love! I had dreads for most of my life and when I was a teenager! I approve this video. My husband can grow a full beard, and I appreciate that he wears his beard because he knows I love how it looks on him. Beards does enhance a males look especially the black man.
When I was in my 20s, my beard was patchy. There are still some patches now but if you brush your beard every day, and also use a microneedler, you'll see some growth. Brush it in the direction you want it to grow. I also recommend a good barber/stylist to shape it up every few weeks. And use beard oil.
Great vid my man. I'm soon to be 50 and was never a big fan of facial hair. Once Covid hit, I had no reason to shave so decided to grow a beard for the first time in my life. Shortly thereafter, I got on a health kick, dropped 30 lbs, and worked to elevate my style. I now notice that I get attention from women wherever I go. My FWB's (yes, there are multiple 😂) all think I look a lot sexier with the beard than without, so I'm planning on keeping it permanently. I must say that I feel a lot more confident these days and am enjoying the extra attention. My only regret is that I wish I had grown one sooner. ✌️my brothers and best wishes to you all.
@Nik S That's right, a beard will grow on you, if you know what I mean! I grew my first beard at 18 (back in 2000 and I'm almost 40 now), before I started learning to trim it (I was 25 by that time), I would go through phases where I'd grow it (untrimmed) and, when I'd get tired of it, I'd shave it off and INSTANTLY regret it! Fast forward to age 25 (to be exact, the last time I did a so-called "clean" shave was Aug. 1, 2007), after growing my beard again, I finally invested in a beard trimmer and wished I'd done it sooner! It was early spring, 2008 (and after realizing that it kept me warm that previous winter), I finally decided to keep my beard PERMANENTLY (other people's opinions be damned, I don't give a fuck anymore at that point!) and haven't looked back (as I said, I'd bought a trimmer so why not use it)! Regarding opinions, I've gotten compliments from women too but, at the same time, while I thank them, naturally, I learned to stop giving a fuck worrying what people think (I also learned people will only make it a big deal if YOU do!); nevertheless, I'm sure they (especially women) sense that and see it as confidence! Considering the aforementioned reasons, you owe the experience to yourself. It really is one of God's gifts to us men!
Ha ha, I have been a part of the beard gang for years. My beard is almost all white (eye brows are still salt & pepper) and the ladies love it. I get compliments all the time on how good it looks. The best thing you can do with a beard is always make sure it is well groomed. Glad you spoke on this good Sir! Keep doing great work and making some of the best content on YT!
Great video OG! Here's another reason. Testosterone! Women subconsciously know that to grow a beard you have to have testosterone! And that is absolutely attractive!
I'm 30 years old. I started letting my beard grown since late 2019. I also have a brío since last year (alpha m). I also use it to remove all the bush and keep the boys clean _down there_ . The only thing is quite a hassle is that my left cheek is a little bit patchy. Besides that, I'm cool with that. I have the ability to have a big beard on my chin area.
The solution may be to go to a barber and have him taper or fade it to blend your light spots with a nice line on it. Once you get it done a few different ways you can find a style that will help hide it until it grows in more.
Started my full beard in 2013 back when I was about 26. Vlean shaved a few times just to let my skin breathe. But for the most part I'm full bearded. And everything you said in the video is correct.

I found younger women love calling me uncle out of respect. With my natural ability to break the ice it' nice to be the one talked to now. Many ask to touch my beard (it's well pas my neck at this point). When they find out I'm not married with no kids, the game is on and the calls of uncle turns to daddy...;)
I would just say be yourself if you like rocking a beard do it if you like clean shaven or stubble do it...never do anything for female validation...women value a confident man that isn't a follower over someone who's insecure
Good point, but if theres a chance I will increase my odds with women simply by growing my beard im taking it. Besides I want a change in my life and the beard will be one of them

As a big Black man, a lot of people tell me that when I grow my beard I look like Barry White, Gerald Levert or Teddy Pendergrass. They think women throw their drawers at me all the time. (Smile)
Very good vidéo !!! 👏👏👏 As I Can grow a thick beard well trimmed ( although it IS now all white) I have grown a Big long beard for 10 years and my wife thinks it is very attractive and appealing😊
I am 58 and have worn a beard off and on over my adult years. I was actually able to grow a beard but no mustache when I was 16. My teammates on my high school football team called me Abe Lincoln. In college my head coach said I looked like an Amishman and I'm a brotha!🤣
Beards have their pros & cons, but so does the goatee/ semi baby face look as well. From what I've seen this summer in Atlanta, there's a LOT of action available for the younger faced gent. It just depends on what works best for the individual. Good video though.
Afghanistan has left an impression on America. I think this beard trend all started 2 decades ago and has "grown" in influence as the heartiest of men in our military (Seals, Rangers, Raiders) grew out their beards to blend with amd gain the trust of the local tribes in theater.
Women love beards that suit the guy no straggly patchy pubic hair that's a fact has to symmetrical too other then that once again great content and informative video a1 O.G

Actually most women prefer clean shaven men
Good video big ups bro
I found younger women love calling me uncle out of respect. With my natural ability to break the ice it' nice to be the one talked to now. Many ask to touch my beard (it's well pas my neck at this point). When they find out I'm not married with no kids, the game is on and the calls of uncle turns to daddy...;)
Awesome video👍🏿
Thank you 👍
I love a man with a beard. As long as it's neatly trimmed and clean.
You heard her!
All True Facts OG
Appreciate the feedback!
Hopefully one day I’ll be able to grow a beard!!!!
We need a support group for brothers with beard deficiency disorder 😭
@@Product0fGa lol for real! Like enough, is enough!
Most definitely appreciate the beard knowledge OG✊🏾
Any time!
Exactly.
Real talk OG
Salute!
Fellas invest in a Andis Shaver to keep your beard line and neckline clean and tight on a daily basis
I would just say be yourself if you like rocking a beard do it if you like clean shaven or stubble do it...never do anything for female validation...women value a confident man that isn't a follower over someone who's insecure
Good point, but if theres a chance I will increase my odds with women simply by growing my beard im taking it. Besides I want a change in my life and the beard will be one of them
New to the channel. Str8 up godsend, for a older cat like myself. Just checking to see if you have done a video on hat selection and beach attire.
Welcome aboard!
Thats a nice beard!
Shout out to you my brother from Detroit 🚘
Salute Branden!
My manager of all sudden said anyone with beards will have to shave them due to N95 mask fitting. 😂 I’m not cutting mine
Cheeks or Thighs huh that's facts
Hello 👋🏾 Brother OG, LOVE GROM THE UK 🇬🇧.
Hello there!

As a big Black man, a lot of people tell me that when I grow my beard I look like Barry White, Gerald Levert or Teddy Pendergrass. They think women throw their drawers at me all the time. (Smile)
Love it! lol
Very good vidéo !!! 👏👏👏
As I Can grow a thick beard well trimmed ( although it IS now all white) I have grown a Big long beard for 10 years and my wife thinks it is very attractive and appealing😊
Grey bearded on black men is part of the silver fox squad!🎅🏿
Afghanistan has left an impression on America. I think this beard trend all started 2 decades ago and has "grown" in influence as the heartiest of men in our military (Seals, Rangers, Raiders) grew out their beards to blend with amd gain the trust of the local tribes in theater.
Women love beards that suit the guy no straggly patchy pubic hair that's a fact has to symmetrical too other then that once again great content and informative video a1 O.G
