I think this candy is only making *some* people get stomach problems. I have personally eaten them for many years, and still only need to poop the standard 6-8 times a day.

my boyfriend and his friend got this gummy bears, they were in the bathroom for hours and once he came out he seriously lay his head on my lap and said "im never eating another gummy bear ever"

this is what I found.
I didn't feel the need to plan my weekend around 5 small gummy bears. But if you fail to plan, you plan to fail.
It began with a noticeable change in the viscosity of my saliva. Within minutes of consumption, my mouth had filled with a thick foamy slime. Though I was in a cool climate controlled room a salty sweat broke out, and I felt my heartbeat quicken as my body threw itself into fight or flight.
The animal noises broadcasting from my pelvis were an ominous warning of the violent acts that were to follow. I shouldered my way into the bathroom, clawing at my belt, moaning with pain. The smell came first. It started sweet, almost tangy. That was quickly overpowered by a cloying chemical perfume.
The first volley of feces hit the water like soda cans and nickles. The resulting splash drenching my bottom in foul brackish water, but this was quickly becoming the least of my worries.
After another moment, the noises in my core hit a fever pitch and I was struck rigid with pain. The sweat was now running into my eyes, but the room had turned ice cold and my hands began to spasm.
I felt an insidious burning flooding my escape hatch. I gasped. Hot yellow poison began spraying from my rear, changing in pitch and echo as the stream of diarrhea whipped around the toilet bowl, creating a nightmarish Doppler effect that can only be appreciated in hindsight.
My legs fell asleep sitting on the toilet. I couldn't have stood up if I wanted to.
Wiping was a no-go. Toilet paper simply became a vile paper mache'. My hands were quickly soiled. A full blown shower was needed, and all of my towels had to be burned.
So happy with my purchase, would recommend to friends and definitely buying again!

My dad actually ended up in the hospital from those gummy bears. He said the stomach pains and cramps made him wish he was dead. He didn't realize it at first, but when the nurse asked him if he had eaten recently and he told her sugar free gummy bears she instantly knew and yelled for the doctor to put him on morphine. They said they have had a whole bunch of people come in for eating those.
That's why I'm addicted to sugary gummies.

Jackie Marrow impossible, I've had surgery without anesthetic and kidney stones hurt worse, and any medical professional will tell you that the only thing more painful than kidney stones is natural childbirth..
I also know that they will not give morphine for "stomach cramps" due to overeating sugar-free gummy bears.. The most they will do is give you IV anti-nausea meds (usually Zofran now, or depending on where you are phenegrin or promethazine) and an oral anti-diarrheal.. Morphine is not handed out for just anything.. Also, if you actually required it, they will give you dilauded, not straight morphine (unless you're dying).

After enjoying a pleasant dinner of fajitas and salsa, my husband and I sat down with bottles of water to watch some GMM. We knew that this episode would be hilarious, as we had already read the sugar-free gummy bear reviews online. What my husband was not prepared for was exactly how this hilarity would hit him. He took a sip of water at an inopportune time, and quickly found it spewing from his mouth and nose. An unfortunate event to be sure, but it was compounded by the flaming hot stomach acid that gushed forth from his facial orifices along with the water, followed quickly by drops of blood from his nostrils. After the shock wore off, he began to clean up the mess and I felt like a terrible person because I had to finish laughing before I scrambled to help him. What did we learn from all this? You don't need to actually eat the gummy bears, the just the reviews themselves can be cleansing. Listen to GMM if it's your sinuses that need a cleanse, instead of your colon.

I cant Imagine beeing allergic to dairy... From what i have heard if you are really allergic to it and "accidentally" eat a few pieces of chocolate cake you will feel horrible for four hours and then spend another one on the porcelain bowl

Isn't sugar alcohol same as xylitol? We use that stuff all the time for chewing gum and sugar free stuff. It's actually beneficial to your teeth, while sugar is of course the opposite. It has some laxative properties, but either we have just picked up a tolerance or you really need to eat a shitload (I'm not sorry) to see the effects.
Those bears would have been a perfect prank in school... Imagine an entire class eating those at the start of the day.

I had gestational diabetes when I was pregnant with my son. I bought a small bag of sugar free gummy bears on our way to visit my in-laws. There was a warning on the label not to eat too many.
I was reading a book, and not paying attention to how many I was eating. I ended up with “tummy troubles” for the whole afternoon that kept me running to the bathroom.
Later that evening, I thought I could eat dinner, but I was wrong! On the way to get some Immodium, I ended up vomiting all over our car!!! Lol. True proof of my sweet hubby’s love!
My friend showed me these and we literally laughed for like ten minutes straight. XD

Certain types of artificial sweeteners do this if you eat too much. There was this one type of candy my (very diabetic) dad used to eat. He would almost always eat too much and then would be a fountain of poop shortly after. No, they weren't gummy bears at all. It was some sort of chocolate.
The reason why this happens is because the sugar alcohol is not recognized by the body and not digested. This saves the carbohydrates, but all of this sugar alcohol is then ejected causing some hard-core bowel movements.

yeah it depends on the sugar supplment they use, sugar alchol and xyaltol are know to be bad on the bowels i think aspartame also has a slight effect but not near as much hence its used in diet coke etc(though is quite bad in general) and not causeing effects i believe stevia has little to no effect at least from what i heard,
I know xylitol isn't really that bad unless you have tons of it all at once and stevia doesn't do much

When I was coming back home from my grandparents, we stopped at Bravo Farms. I got a bag of sugar-free Gummi Bears.

I've had Habiro Gummy Worms. Never again. I had my last bag like 3 Christmas holidays ago and was sick for a week and a half or more the stomach problems are real and don't get me started on the restroom. Lots of water and ginger ale is needed to stop the pain.
