@@Eui3000 Hi John, I would say if you are looking for as close as possible to the original, there is refurbished originals you can buy that have had their top glass replaced, these will be the best you can get and 3D touch will still work. Other than that id say look for a SOFT OLED, I would persoanlly say don't look for screens on eBay though as I have found there is fakes of GX, HEX, ZYX screens. I'd look for a supplier and buy through their own website. I am in the UK and I use iParts4u and Replacebase. True Tone will stop working though unless you use a repogrammer such as JC V1 to reprogram the new screen so the phone thinks it new screen is still installed. There is options in accessibility settings in iOS though called Color Filters. You can change the tint of the screen in there to suit how the screen looks if you want to save money on a repgorammer and are not happy with the screen colours when you put the new screen on when True Tone is disabled. Face ID will still work yep. Just be careful when opening the phone, ripping the top most flex cable can break FACE ID, its a got a little bit of glue on it but you can open the screen 90 degrees before the glue will stop the screen opening at a greater angle so you can see where its attached. Just take it slow and you'll be fine. I've persoanlly never broken a flex cable on an iPhone X in all the time i've been doing them. I'd also say make sure when you are pushing the connectors back in make sure they are aligned as if you push too hard when they are not they can bend out of shape. Test the phone works before pushing the screen back into the phone and if touch doesnt work, unplug the battery of the phone and then remove and reseat the lower of the 2 connectors of the screen into the phone, replug the battery and test again. Be careful as well to make sure the screen flex cables are in the little notch inside the phone and not going to get pressed in the edge of the phone when you press the screen back down. You will see a little space under where the flex cables will go that they need to sit in. I've also found most repair videos on youtube will tell you to remove all the FACE ID sensors one by one out of the clear plastic bracket they are sat in. This is not needed, you can simply remove the clear plastic bracket as one piece with all the sensors still attached, you just need to get under the bracket as it is glued in place but it does come out, I use an ifixit Jimmy tool to remove the whole bracket, youll know which part I mean as its the only clear plastic piece that the sensors are attached. Then just put the plastic bracket with the sensors onto the new screen until its flat, you wont need any glue and then reinsert the screws to keep it in place. That way it makes it much less fiddly and much easier to transfer the face Id module over. Don't worry if the clear plastic bracket gets a little bent in removing it, once its screwed back into place of the new screen and then reinserted into the phone the front facing cameras push the little bracket into place. Hope this helps and Good luck!

@@kashy101 he-x screen shows screen burn-in , like for instance if you open an app , close the app and open a new app you can see the last image faintly in the new app. you can especially see this if you are in the wallpaper section and then go to home screen, you'l see lines.

Oqp Uqu Hex is trash, i returned mine for a refund. No blinking, only I had burn problem show image of last screen.
