In the world of My Hero Academia, 80% of the human population possesses supernatural abilities known as “Quirks” - and the other 20%, the “Quirkless”, are at best looked down upon, but at worst actively bullied and harassed. This is the foundation of the dynamic between series protagonist Izuku Midoriya and his former best friend and eventual rival, Katsuki Bakugo; the latter born with a powerful and versatile combination of his parents’ Quirks that allows him to create explosions with his sweat, the former born with nothing despite both of his parents having Quirks of their own and thus increasingly ostracized and mocked by Bakugo as he grows. At the outset of the series, Midoriya has accepted his Quirkless nature and still tries to remain friends with Bakugo, who has long since let his power and the praise it brings him get to his head, and idolizes All Might, the most famous and powerful Quirk-wielding hero of all time. A chance encounter with All Might after another act of heroism leads to Izuku learning the truth about his current state - that All Might suffers from a grievous injury that only lets him use his powers for three hours a day, a limit that he’s just reached - and is told once again that his Quirkless nature will prevent him from becoming a hero, but when the villain All Might seemingly incapacitated breaks out and holds Bakugo hostage, Midoriya leaps in to save him despite his own powerlessness, earning the respect of All Might and prompting the latter to pass his power onto Izuku, formally training him as his successor in the process. Thus begins Izuku’s journey to becoming the greatest hero of all… …but what if it hadn’t gone down that way? What if it were Bakugo who’d learned All Might’s secret and Izuku who’d been captured by the villain? And what if Bakugo still proved himself a worthy successor of All Might, enough so to receive the latter’s Quirk? Well, that’s what we’re here to guess at.

The Todoroki and Bakugo talk honestly makes sense. Unlike Deku who attempted to get Todoroki to use his fire for selfless reasons, Bakugo would only do so for a greater challenge. So it makes sense that Todoroki wouldn't listen to Bakugo as he'd likely interpret the boy as using him as a tool in a similar way to how Endeavor wants to.
I feel like Izuku should still have a bigger role in the story. Or at least a hint of him supporting the LOV. Since Izuku has already been screwed over with not receiving OFA, it makes sense for AFO to target him and give him a reason to switch sides.
Why? Deku never knew he could get a quirk. He has no reason to be a villain.
He could be the basis for a nomu. The final character motivation or trial for bakugo. That would make sense.

Remember, when Izuku was supposed to inherit OFA, he was told to kill himself, and was attacked by the sludge villain, it was a really crappy day for him. You know what also stings? Overhearing your idol tell your lifelong bully that he can give away his Quirk to make him stronger. Remember AFO has other strengths aside from his Quirk. It isn't a stretch to say that he was intrigued by Izuku. He may know Izuku has a great IQ, he may know about his Hero Notebooks, but most of all he is Quirkless. He might have the possibility to inherit many Quirks. So yeah, maybe he could be a Nomu, or he could be the next AFO.

I believe it would fit the story much better to give bakugou ofa later on in the series infact theres a time where bakugou almost recived it during the fight aginst nine
In all honesty Bakugo truly doesn't deserve OFA till he changes his attitude completely and starts to reflect on his actions and feels guilty for all the horrible sh*t he's done
Well I think the natural conclusion would be Bakugo passing off OFA to Deku, acknowledging him as a true hero and the only one who can safely wield this power

Nice scenario. Sadly, Bakugo might have to die young because the burden of OFA reduces his natural lifespan. Well, unless he transfers OFA to a quirkless person.
I have an idea. What if Izuku remained quirkless but somehow received bio-enhancement?
For example, we have Tomura who body was modified to gain an All Might physique without the need of OFA or quirks, Number 6 from Vigilante who possess enhanced physical and mental prowess due genetic experiment.
Imagining a Plus Ultra Deathstroke-like Izuku. All might only has immense physical prowess thanks to OFA, but Izuku could have more than that due to complexed scientific experiment.
He will have a superhuman biology, includes:
1. Physical prowess beyond All Might (astronomical strength, speed, durability, stamina, etc)
2. Mental prowess like a supercomputer (eidetic memory, parallel processing, etc),
3. Immense sensory system (his 5 senses are unaturally strong, he has senses that humans don't have, he can adjust his sensory process, etc)
4. Advanced body manipulation (he can control his biology on a cellular level, allowing him to twist his body in inhuman ways, control his healing process, etc)
5. Unnatural bodily functions (all of his bodily processes like respiration, digestion, muscle usage,... are supernaturally efficient and optimal, he has a Piccolo-like healing factor, can live with very few food and water, have no need to sleep, only use the toilet once a year, etc)
Well, that is the rough idea. If Izuku had been equipped with a biology like this, he could have had the potential to be a combat monster.
bakugo cant transfer anymore. izuku was the last person to ever recieve ofa that was said. now we jst replace izuku w bakugo so he will die at 20 and ofa will die with him
Bakuguo would probably just have 5 more years of life max, before his body breaks down and dies from the software effect

What if obito adopted naruto, instead of taking the nine tails from kushina, he takes naruto which leads to minato and kushina alive. The reason why because black zetsu told him about the child of prophecy who will bring peace to the world, another reason is nagato and obito can't absorb the ten tails because their bodies are not strong enough. I can imagine obito before leaving tells them their child will bring peace to the world and he will train him to be the child of prophecy.
I love this so much so smartly written and makes sense for the show and characters

If I remember correctly, wouldn't anyone already having a quirk receiving One-for-all would explode due to the power stored up to All Might's generation.
I'm pretty sure you're mixing it up the fact explained in season 1 that trying to use one for all when your body can't handle it yet would make you explode! In season 6 it's explained that getting One For All when you already have a quirk greatly shortens your natural lifespan, which is what was hinted at in the very end of the video. Amagi talked about this more in a video on the same topic he posted a while ago.

Usually give characters abilities from other shows but Can you make a story? Were Geto from JJK Never turned evil.
What if naruto is a gear? For context gears in guilty gear are bio weapons that are made to fight for humanity,culminating in justice to declare war on humanity. It’s the same as the jinchuiki in the elemental nations. Made to fight in there wars without consent or care for how old they are (gears are adults at three years) and are replaceable. So how would the world be different if naruto was made into one?
