Theory: Toya could've been the masterpiece if he wasn't born prematurely I'll explain. Toya is the only character we know to have born prematurely and also the only character that's vunerable to their own quirk. People with natural quirks are born with them, meaning the quirk (and resistance to it) is most likely formed in the womb. In real life premature births can lead to a number of developmental issues since the baby is born before being ready. We know now that Toya has both fire and ice powers like Shoto but proper resistance to only the latter. This all considered, Toya could've been born before he developed resistance to his fire, cursing him from birth
Like most villains Dabi wasn't born one, I feel for him so much,all he wanted was his father's approval, but was completely abandoned once shoto was born. Endeavour wanted to make a hero out of Toyua but unfortunately made a villain and a monster,I understand why he wants revenge on his father but shoto didn't deserve Toyua,,'s revenge
actually since his quirk is fueled by his emotions, i believe his ice would get stronger with happiness, the only time hes been happy is when fighting endeavor and shoto, which is probably why thats when it manifested, ( i assume hapiness, since its the opposite of rage and anger which makes his fire stronger)
Dabi’s inner fire never decreased but increased. The only thing stronger than his flame is his willpower! It’s ironic that the League of Villains were the best choice for him.
I feel sad for toya as him and izuku were similar both wanting to be the best hero and both their quirks hurting themselves and deku ended up finding a way to not be injured and became a great hero and i feel like the same would happen to toya
Had Endeavour taught Toya to control his flame's I believe Toya would eventually have learned to use his fire without burning himself so much and he still would have been a great hero.
