I want more winter guard on stage!!! Like I think the polite claps are so much better than the screams for everything, and think of the lighting possibilities and having a real huge back stage, omg! I want this to exist!!!

Having been a twirling choreographer for 20 years...I can definitely say: This routine is everything. Simply Everything. Beautiful. Bravo.

Whoa!!! It's tempting to call that Visually, Technically, & Musically impossible . . . but I just witnessed it. A very different type of response from the audience, compared to what occurred in Dayton, but I truly believe they enjoyed it, and appreciated it, equally as well. Just a different culture. (And with the subdued theatre, compared to WGI, a quiet equipment performance is needed, and did they ever deliver!!) Kudos to the trio design team for creating a masterpiece, and the performers for bringing it to life.

Next level performance by next level artists. From music, choreography, design and execution, the University baton team and Aimachi guard pulled on all emotional strings and made what was so fantastic seem so simple and graceful. Thank you all for showing me how beautiful movement and technique can be when in masterful hands.

I miss the real winterguards that were back in the 1990's. The real equipment work and awesome flare. Too much dance crap and music sucks. This not real guard work this is crap.

Did someone hurt you? This is a beautiful performance by the guard and baton team. Guard is not all about equipment, and this show is not all dance. I understand a preference for equipment work but it is damn rude to call a show crap because you do not possess the eye for finesse and beauty.

@@regina9087 This is all dance not winterguard. Winterguard is unique the show is all about equipment work and it's movement around the performance. The hands are always moving with equipment work throughout the performance never empty handed. Watch video of back in the 80's and 90's those were shows. After that winterguard died to crap dance and crap music. Winterguard is unique on to itself and dance killed it. I wouldn't pay money to watch it know too boring.

All musical art evolves. When Amachi takes the floor is Dayton, everyone is on their feet, cheering, crying and applauding. This is what Winterguard is. Interpretation of music. I've watched Winterguards since the early 80's when I marched. If the sport didn't change and evolve, then it would old and boring. You don't have to like the music but appreciate the passion, athleticism, beauty of the performer's heart.
