36:39 not sure if your still wondering but the last 3 letter number combo on the ecu dictates if it's auto or manual and which revision it is, and you can start the car on an auto ecu with the tcu still plugged in you just jump the two big wires together on the shifter pigtail(tricks ecu into thinking it's in park/neutral) it's how i manual swapped my ek

there is 2 different cltch cables for the da9, a long one and a short one, I needed the long one, difference is an inch I believe,, love the content
Should've done a rear main seal since everything is all apart
Don't forget to wire up the reverse lights! Have to do that with the swap

If the number after the “L or A” is above 50 its an auto ecu, under its manual ecu. Also, your shifter is on backwards!

On the numbers on the ecu anything 50 and above is automatic. 49 under is for manual

Bro do a metal roof much easier faster and cheaper and it last alot longer and only maintenance you have after switching to metal is every line 10 yrs you might need to replace screws do to the rubber washers get dry but as long as you only have one layer of shingles then you and just go straight over with underlayment then slap on the metal

So you should be fine with eather ecu
From my understanding, the auto car has an EGR and the manual doesn’t. I get an intermittent CEL on my DA cause it has an auto PR4 in a factory manual car. 🤷🏻♂️
