Guyyyyyyysssss, I put one of those thingys on my phone so that after midnight I can’t use any apps but the contacts and this (so I can still listen to driving in the rain noises) I thought this would make me go to bed earlier. But no, instead of bingeing a show or reading I just doom scrolled on RUclips for an hour. I need more self control fr. I can’t keep staying up till 1-3 in the morning and running off a couple hours of sleep T-T
