I was tore btw Akra vs SC-R1 on mine but i went with Akra since i like CF and little less obnoxious to my neighbor but still love the SC obnoxious sound LOL
Nice vid and nice to get a face to connect to the voice i have heard in previous videos :) Now i don't agree with the choice of end can as the Akra with baffle removed is as loud as i'd ever want a bike. I reckon i'd be running the SC for a week max before passing it on. Just not worth it damaging your hearing and make everyone you meet on the roads and streets homicidal :D Fair play to you though! Keep up the good work!

My question is, is it honestly too loud to ride without earplugs? I want to commute and do some camping and all signs point to the sc project race oval as the solution but as an owner what is your opinion?

commute with that exhaust just no either you have ear plugs or you will become deaf in two weeks
