Do you still have the SC project installed. I am going to order mine. Your video helped me make up my mind
Awesome. Congrats. Fun Fact: a friend of mine actually totalled the bike. Unfortunately. He did not get hurt so all good. And, we were able to remove the full exhaust system, not a scratch on it.
@@Victor_Moto yikes, good to hear he’s good.
Awesome video man. Sounds like a Ducati! Introducing your staff is brilliant for your business. Do lots more!
Thanks, Jaret! I'll do more of that at both shops. They're the superstars anyway.
Sounds like ducati on idle but alot better on throttle
@@mac5917 you said it.
Yeah, it sounds beautiful! I always disliked the parallel sound but this is great.
Next build?? Lol
Dude this bike is just so beautiful....
Agreed! Can't wait for the fender Eliminator kit and solo seat cover.
@@Victor_Moto hi do you know a website that has the solo seat cover available? I appreciate any info thanks

As the proud owner of a RSV4 with full Arrow race system, i couldn't agree more about the sound of Aprilia bike's...at full noise my bike sounds like a GP bike...fuckin awesome 🙏🇦🇺🇺🇸🙏
100%
I have a 16 tuono factory with the akra race pipe, and it definitely sounds like a GP bike when you let her rip :)
@@hotbox76 Oh yeah. The big Aprilia V4's are the best sounding, period.
I've got a '15 RSV4 with the SC Project GP-70R. It's mind blowing. Everyone raves about how good (and loud) the bike sounds.
Ordered mine today !! Straight from Noale !!
Smart man.
Wow this bike is very equilibric , just perfect for everybody, city, race, for joung and for go to work or everywhere!Good sound and superbe esetics! I love Aprilia
Exactly!!
Great video buddy!
Thanks, Nate! Thank you for reaching out. You guys rock!
The sound is amazing. I like the belly exhaust for lean clearance though. I know the can won't scrape, but the can and the rearset out from the wheel centerline are even. Just remember to get that knee out, triangle of daylight to not scrape. Rode the 660 at Laguna Seca and found the front straight is not so long. Thanks for the upload.
That's right !
Getting my aprilia rs 660 and will definitely have this exhaust in mind , sounds perfect !!
It's my favorite. Wait until you see the new lower fairing/belly pan to cover that open space.
@@Victor_Moto I definitely see why lol , and i kinda like the open space but if its a nice cover maybe in black , will definitely get that as well
@@Victor_Moto hey victor, do you have a link for the belly pan/lower fairing?

Wicked sound!
Super coool

Victor Moto yeyyyy 😍😍
I gotta ride one of those.
EVERYONE comes back with a smile.
some how it felt like it sounds quite similar with the MT07 after changing to the Akrapovic even on the fly by, but nonetheless still a sick bike packed with features !
The electronics package is the big deal.
Hey, Victor Moto, just wondering if You could measure with caliper the exact diameter between the link pipe and the muffler? It looks much bigger than on Akra.
does look and sound the best thus far. I would like so see someone make a shorty. Not thrilled about see that open space on the lower fairing and not that you would use it much but would be nice to keep the passenger pegs
Race fairings covers that area. But agreed,
@@Victor_Moto cool so you going to race it, nice. I do want one but availability coupled with what may happen with Yamaha's R7 and other trims Aprilla may release has be a little on the fence.
@@craigloomis20 The R7 will take a couple years at least.
That's nuts, sounds like a baby RSV4 or Tuono
Agreed !
I still like the stock thou❤️
The stock look is great. And it sounds very good for stock.
Almost 3kg, every bit counts for a race bike, but for a street build that's not much. I'm amazed how light Aprilia made the stock Euro 5 exhaust.
I thought 3kg was significant for one part swapped out.
@@Victor_Moto :D Point taken. I was thinking more from the mindset of street riding. Is it worth loosing the tidy look of the underslung exhaust to get -3kg
@@DarkInovator Good point. Debatable.
I was torn between this and the CRT. I really want the CRT but I live in an apartment complex and I like to listen to music while riding, so I don't think the CRT is conducive to either of those being enjoyable experiences. Now I just have to find a good place to purchase from. Thank you for this video.
The CRT is too loud for me, too.
If you're in the USA, we can ship it to you. Our install it for you if you're local.
@Victor_Moto
Thank you for the reply, sir. I was on your website, and I must have missed this exhaust. I did not see it listed, please advise. I am in Ohio, so unfortunately I can't have you install it.
Someone please make an exhaust that fits where the factory one was, that huge exhaust throws off the aesthetics!
yeah, not a fan of the giant void underneath the bike now. Also the weight savings were not as much as I though, so I probably would skip on this exhaust.
Just a matter of time.
Take a look at Mivv exhausts from Italy. They produce an underslung unit to replace stock, factory one. Cheers
@@johncookson9748 Bingo! Thank you.
Two brothers has a good one.
Will this void factory warranty if bought at your location?
Awesome video Victor...very informative....by the way do you sell the shirt that Brian is wearing? Keep these videos coming!!
I think we're sold out of that shirt but I'll check.
Thank you for the encouragement! I'll keep em coming. 😁
Thanks for the video, did I hear the technician say that if he did the install again he would remove the radiator as it is quite fiddley? I get my RS 660 late May and I have just ordered and SC project. Did you put it in the Dyno with out flashing the ECU, if so what did the af come out as?
Yes, removing the radiator would be best unless you have small skinny leather hands.
Sounds awesome. I’m a big fan of aprilia noise 😎. Still waiting for an underbelly exhaust though.
Soon enough.
sounds so good, only downside is that the lower fairing looks a bit naked. I noticed you removed the mirrors, did you get the integrated blinkers in the headlight to work?
Agreed about the lower fairing! Looks a little unfinished. We did not move the signals into the headlight but we did try. A CAN bus will be needed to make that work. We'll keep an eye out for one so we can do it.
Love from 🇸🇦 🇵🇰
Wassup! Love from California.
You should an exhaust package on the new Aprilia Tuono 660! I plan on getting one of those very soon! I almost have enough saved up
We're installing the Akrapovic on a Tuono 660 soon. We have the Exhausts and bikes.
@@Victor_Moto Thats awesome! I am looking forward to seeing that upload!
Victor, did he have to loosen/move the radiator in the end or is it all possible to work around it? TY
Much easier if you loosen the radiator but you can work around it if you have smaller tough hands imo.
Did you have the upmap or tube installed when you took this video? Or when the exhaust was installed? And do you think it’ll damage the engine or anything if you don’t put it right away?
I did not map this bike at any point. It did not seem to compromise its performance. It ran strong. BUT...I've ridden RS 660's with the UpMap by GRT and it's much improved.
I really want to see an Sc Project S1 fitted in one of these.. I really don't like the muffler that's available for it..
Sc1-r looks huge and does not fit the bike.. You guys did a killer job though!
Thank you. I'm sure there will be an S1 for it soon. No doubt.
hey im wondering if you can keep the passenger foot pegs with this exhaust or you can adapt it somehow to still have a passenger
No. Not without a custom bracket.
Outstanding video! I just pick up a RS660 and been looking around for a exhaust system that is still inter-grated with the body line. I love the clean factory look all tucked away. Does anyone know of any companies that offer something like this? Thank you for any help!
MIVV and Two Brothers are down low. Check them out. We have a 660 here with the Two Brothers, it looks good, to my surprise. It's very loud!
Great video. Sadly can't be fitted in the UK, as the bike has a separate pillion seat UK law states that for that seat you must have foot rests as part of regulation. Sounds Lovely though. My RS660 should be here in April 2021
Wow. So strict.
@@Victor_Moto there are ways around it, remove the rear seat and fit a cover, no seat no pegs required.
I am very surprised that with the baffles out, the noise is still at 90db. I hate overly loud exhausts and so does pretty much everyone else when we ride around them, so this SC is definitely a good choice in my eyes, or ears. 😉
Turns out, the phone can't read more than 90db!
@@Victor_Moto I see, well it is hard to hear how loud really it is trough the video, but I will still look into it.
Pls i need to know if I install this exhaust do you need to remap the bike or you can ride without remapping?
You don't need to but I recommend it.
This sound is sooo good.. i.love.it
The best!
I hope that bike is ready in Indonesia :)
I hope Indonesia is ready for this bike!
Do you still have an RS 660 shop bike with the SC project installed? I have been waiting to see you install a race ecu or upload a map. I've got my RS 660 now and its a great little bike.
A friend of mine actually wrecked it. But we'll still do it on another one.
Hello, I'm sorry, I want to ask you a question. I also installed the same exhaust as you, but the engine light flashes after the installation. Do you need to update the ECU or something?
Can't say with certainty without inspecting your bike but in general, the exhaust should not cause that light.
@@Victor_Moto OK l will try again~thank you so much
do you need to remap after installing a sc project sports exhaust????
"Need"? No. Recommended? Yes.
This may be a stupid question but are there no gaskets with these exhaust systems?
Does not come with gaskets.
Meaty!
Yup!
What's the tq spec for the 4 header bolts and what year rsv4 mirror block off/part number ? Please and thank you
Just got this. I'll ask Brain tomorrow when I see him.
RS660 is a pretty compelling bike. Good on Aprilia.
Side note, weird yet relevant question: what pants are you wearing in the last 30 sec of the video (stock v SC)? Looking for pants that I can commute in to the hospital that are still business casual.
Taichi Cargo pants. I have three different colors, I wear them every day. Literally.
motoclubofficial.com/quick-dry-camo-cargo-pants/
Nice video - one question: Is there a db killer and the mounting thingy inside the package? On the SC Project website it's only written that these parts are available but for me its not clear if they are coming with the package! t
Yes, a DB killer and muffler hanger (replaces the passenger peg) are included.
I saw in one of your replies that you were going to try the jet prime tuning module. Have you gotten a chance to try that?
No. We just received a stocking order of Upmap for the 660's. I'm installing it on Orlando's RS 660 this week. His bike has the same exhaust as this one.
Did you have to drill the endcap to remove the Baffle? Doesn't seem to show how the baffle was removed in the video. Beautiful looking exhaust, mine is on the way!
Edit: After watching the whole video I saw no drill holes. I know with many past SC Project exhausts you had to drill them. How did you get it out?
No drilling. There's a screw. Remove it before installing the muffler from the intake side.
Hey what was the stuff that he wiped the inside of the muffler with
I'll ask and reply tomorrow. If I remember correctly, it was to prevent discoloration.
Sounds good! But I don’t like the empty space where the previous exhaust was
Common sentiment.
@@Victor_Moto obviously not a big weight difference at all, I suspect you can even notice it when riding?
@@GRC_Lexxlr8 big enough weight difference.
Hard to tell from the video, but does the passenger peg block installation of the muffler, or does it just not line up? Wondering if I could fab a bracket to make it compatible with passenger pegs.
It just does not line up.
@@Victor_Moto awesome, thanks dude! Have one on order, planning to fab an aluminum or cf bracket to keep the passenger foot peg for my daughter that begs to go on rides lol
Is it possible to still keep the foot peg with the exhaust mount?
No, not with this Teofeo exhaust. Yes with the SC1R stainless steel headers version.
is it possible to continue to use the pillion footrests?
It's not designed for that. It would take some modification. I don't recommend it.
Awesome, adds some much needed bark over stock system! Any improvement on power?
The common response is more midrange.
Great Video, I have just bought the same trofeo exhaust also and was wondering if I can fit it without a ecu mapped or adding a power commander? or can I just fit it and ride it?
Thank you.
In my opinion, mapping it is not critical but I recommend it if you're doing that exhaust. I like the Gabro Racing maps via UpMap.
Thank you for the speedy reply and the heads up about the UPMAP with Gabro racing App, I live in the middle of nowhere in Wales in the UK so that app is a gods send if it works out. So thanks again for all your help, it's made my day.@@Victor_Moto
Hi! What exhaust hangar is that? I just bought this exhaust and am wondering, thanks!
That comes with the SC Project.
Loveee it! Quick question, is there a particular reason you picked this one over the cr-t? Thanks!
Yes, it's loud but not too loud like the CRT.
@@Victor_Moto appreciate the answer, I’ve been hearing the cr-t is too loud.
Hey Victor, where did you order the solo sear cover for the passenger seat? Thanks!
I'm an Aprilia dealer. Where are you located ?
@@Victor_Moto I am in Spain, not in the US... I have been told by my dealer that the covers won’t arrive until May so that is why I wanted to ask you. I don’t know if you ship internationally?
Well there goes having my gf ride passenger on my RS 660 once I get it. No passenger pegs but need that SC Project exhaust. Gonna have to keep my Daytona 675R for couple riding.
If one could make a small custom bracket, you can keep the passenger pegs with the SC Project.
@@Victor_Moto Can't believe I didn't think of that. Saves me there. She loves to ride but for some reason can't convince her to get a bike of her own.
Could you please tell me what the first song is?
Don't know. Sorry. Feel free to clip the audio and use it.
For the time being my friend I would suggest leaving the baffle in until a flash. The db killer will at least lower the AFR a tad.

@@glencoleman8640 The solo seat cowl should arrive this month.
@@Victor_Moto Thanks for your reply, do you have an idea of cost? and would you ship to New Zealand?
Will Aprilia void your warranty if the bike is tuned to run this pipe setup?
I dont know about this SC project setup but Aprilia do have an official Acrapovic system you can get and that would be covered id imagine. Comes with remap software i believe? About 2 thousand yoyos though!
I liked the sc project, but what I didn't like is that the tube is uncovered and looks ugly. Any way to put a cover on it like the original has it?
For this exhaust you would need the race faring to cover that section.
Bro is it possible to have pillion foot peg with this exhaust ?
Not this Trofeo titanium version. But yes to the stainless version SC1-R.
Stupid question but how did you take the DB out? Just installed mine but I have trouble getting it out

No.
Is it worth buying it when i would use it with buffler? Was the testride with buffler? Greetings

No, you should not have that problem.
@@Victor_Moto thanks
Do I need to get a full ecu tune when I do a full exshust?
"Need"? 🤷🏻♂️ It's recommended.
@@Victor_Moto how without voiding warranty?
does the "fueling" need a "fix" after this mod??? I thought it sounded better with the "insert" in there... at-least over RUclips.
Nothing felt lacking while riding it. Felt amazing actually. But we'll find out more on the dyno.
Does this affect the warranty??
It could.
You just keep the same map? Does the ECU make the adjustments on its own?
Two things to note: there is no exhaust valve. This exhaust uses the stock O2 sensors.
These run super lean when adding an exhaust. If you want the bike to last, change the mapping ASAP. Not to mention, it will make less power with the exhaust on stock map.
Maybe the design is quite "empty" in the belly section of the bike...maybe a low profile exaust will be better?
Agreed. We need the race bodywork to cover that area.
It’s possible to have this exhaust with passenger peg ?
Simply put, no. Unless you modify the mount.
I wonder if it sounds better than my MT-07 w/ Toce
Do not wonder. It does.
