      Howard got in just in time to take credit for the great economic growth Hawke and Keating started

    He's right, looking back, I don't think Hawke was ever going to hand over the job. I remember hearing that power can't be given, it must be taken, can't remember where I heard it, but I guess this is an example.

    Paul Keating is a Brilliant man and a patriot
    Kerry O’Brien one of the best interviewer and journalist ever

    He was vain, arrogant but absolutely brilliant! He had vision and when we compare Keating to Bill Shorten we can see why the Tories have the upper hand at the moment. The 1993 election was one of the best nights ever as a true believer.

      Why arrogant? Look at how he accepts the labour leadership?

    Australia won't have another political leader with imagination and courage until Australian electors and political parties have the imagination and courage to appoint them.

    • @DD-xw6uw
      @DD-xw6uw 3 года назад +1

      Politics has become so superficial. It’s about appearances and the people with real imagination and courage usually don’t have the best appearance so they don’t get elected
