- We've all seen some of these bits, where Craig Ferguson gets laugh attacks mostly because of his Robot Pal - Geoff Peterson. When I watch these, I always laugh out loud myself & I think it's hilarious. This video includes both new stuff & old stuff. Here is the thing, I've made sure not to waste a second of your time, everything which is not laughter is giving context to the coming laughter. Just be patient it will pay off. Volume 3. Enjoy!

Seriously, why did CBS let him go? This was the best "late night talk show" on the air and still beats all the current ones. True humor without relying on political attacks. Just plain funny!
2005-2014. Tired of LLate Show. He was 50+ in a new marriage with child. Had a son from first marriage turning ten he wanted to spend more time with them plus get on the road for occasional gigs( I saw him in ClwrFl). Did a game show for two yrs. He only had to do five of those shows in one day then had the week off. CBS gave him a 10M$ buy-out from the LS that Colbert got. Currently has a 1hr. 30min. Craig Ferguson: I'm Here To Help $4.99 PPV on my Spectrum cable system (1125). Hope that helps.

They didn't let him go, he willingly retired. They even extended his contract prior to him leaving but he wanted out.

I had a heart attack 11 years ago after my son past away. This shows humor kept me alive and still does today. Todays late night shows make me throw up.

For a show that does not even have a band, under budget, and unrehearsed, this blows away a lot of the current ones on TV
Craig’s show was in a league of its own. Absolutely brilliant, insanely hilarious, genuine, and it had a funny gay robot skeleton.
My gut says it couldn't been as good if he had not come from a not so great part of Glasgow. His irreverence is wonderful! Watching such a tall dude dancing well with abandon is fun, too.
I may be wrong, but I think he might've been a drummer in a band. Possibly a punk band, but not sure at all.

This is by far the greatest talk show ever made!
It’s spontaneous, different, they loved being different, and that’s why guests and audience loved being there.
Craig’s crowds sound different than other shows. There’s a disorganized , churning laughter, that keeps rolling through the audience. Not like the staged bursts of cheering that so many shows use to substitute human emotions.
That’s because it’s a bunch of edited clips.

the whole 12:51+ segment really highlights it... there is some bigger lady just absolutely losing it in the audience, above everyone else... and it keeps pushing Craig over the edge when he starts to calm down... its just so damn funny, i love watching these every so often, helps me remember what life is about rather than sad and work all the time
and i totally agree, all the others are just canned... Craig was like Red Skelton... he just didnt care, and he loved making everyone laugh... specially like the joke about Margrette Thatcher saying "if you something said, ask a man, if you want something done, ask a woman and if you want nothing said OR done... - joke dissolves for like 5 mins due to Craig losing it - xD xD xD xD

You're probably too young to remember the following references. Steve Allen broke himself up on his show (The first Tonite Show). And the comic Red Skelton laughed at some of his own jokes. Also another instance of genuine reactions toward humor is the Carol Burnett Show.

I honestly think if there was no Geoff, Craig would've stepped down a few years earlier. They clearly enjoyed each other's company🤣
This is the case. When Geoff arrived, the first 2 years he just spouted pre-recorded phrases. (Ha-ha, you're the man Craig!, Weeeehoo, sex party!) Than Craig didn't see the point in this, as it barely added anything and was temped to say 'screw it, I'm out.' Than they made Josh Robert Thompson part of the live crew and this dynamic existed. And yeah, the show kept it up for 3 more years.

While he APPEARED to be having the time of his life; &, it was a Great Spontaneous Show, it still was Show Biz. /// Yet, I still miss that unparalleled comedic, tour de force.

Man, I can't believe I spent five whole days without knowing this video existed! I'm so glad there are still undiscovered (for me, at least) Craigy laughing bits to enjoy! I was pleased to also find some other bits I had seen before but I had forgotten (like the Wilford Brimley one) or that were in other videos that aren't available anymore.
This compilation is simply fantastic! Thanks so much for putting it together! I made a compilation myself around the time Craig's show was ending, but the quality just doesn't compare. I hope you will make in the future another collection of Craig laughing including the high-quality version of some of the clips I chose for the one I made. It'd be a treat! And well, of course I hope you have some more surprises of lesser known Craig's moments cracking up.

There is NOTHING as infectious as LAUGHTER! I think one of the reasons Craig's show was SO great to watch was that HE CRACKED HIMSELF UP (and shared it unashamedly) every night as often as he cracked up the audience! SUCH a 'party' atmosphere without even trying! which is why I forgive him for doing the "nipple-touch" with the fart noises JUST AFTER I'd taken a sip of beer... lol
Craig and Drew Carey have genuine great laughs and appreciate humor from others on their show. I wish they were both back on the air!
