It's been said before, but I'll say it again - I love watching Craig and Geoff (Josh) crack each other up like I used to love watching Tim Conway and Harvey Korman drive each other to tears. These two are a real class act and pleasure to watch - comedy at its finest here!
I believe he says, "What's my favorite movie, what the hell man?" Asking why Craig surprised him by asking him that question first -- putting him on the spot. Although I agree that that is the funniest part of this segment.
Internal monologue: "I get paid for sharing jokes with a fake, animatronic skeleton with more personality than any guest I've ever had on my show. ...Why am I leaving this again?"
I don't know about hanging out in their personal lives, but Craig and Josh have both said that they don't meet or rehearse before each show, so that all of their interactions like this are organic, genuine, and oftentimes, hilarious! They have great chemistry and genuinely get along as people, so going into the show with no rehearsal or script, makes everything they do that much better. I love 'em, and I'm really gonna miss 'em after December. But Craig did tell Larry King that wherever he goes next, Josh Robert Thompson will come with him. So, at least they're sticking together in some capacity in the future, and that makes me happy.

Sweet... I always assumed the jaw is voice activated, and the face and limbs are controlled by another operator. It's not easy to be voice actor, telling jokes and impression while at the same time controlling a robot. Nice work Josh Robert Thompson....
I really wish I would've been turned on to Craig while he was still on the air. Dude is funny as shit. How ridiculous this show is alone is appealing to me. A fucking skeleton for a side-kick? A weird-ass snake mug/goblet? It's almost like how Conan did things so differently when he first had a midnight show back in the mid 90s and Ferguson is just adding some extra layers of crazy.
Almost as epic as 'throwing beads' bit. BTW, does the voice actor also controlling Geoff's movement? The jaw, the turning face, and all? Seem like a lot of work, voice talent and robot operator at the same time....
