Banana Oat Cake | 香蕉燕麦可可蛋糕 无糖无油无面粉 健康蛋糕

  • Ingredients:
    120g Cooking oat
    250g boiled milk
    2 banana, can increase to 3 for smaller size banana
    2 egg
    40g cocoa powder
    A pinch of salt
    50g walnut
    50g Hazelnut
    50g black chocolate
    Heat up 3 table spoon of milk to melt the chocolate as topping
    Recipe:
    1: Pour boiling milk into oat, mix well and set aside for 15minutes
    2: Mash banana in a big bowl, add in egg and mix well
    3: Sift in cocoa powder and yeast
    4: Pour in oat and milk mixture
    5: Add a pinch of salt and mi well
    6: Preheat oven to 190 degree
    7: Apply a layer of oil in baking tray, pour in the mixture
    8: Slightly flatten the surface
    9: Sprinkle walnut and hazelnut on the surface
    10: Bake for 40-50minutes
    11: Melt black chocolate and 3 table spoon of milk
    12: Put in pastry back and apply on the cake surface
    13: Done
    材料:
    燕麦120g(烹饪用的)

    做法:
    1: 牛奶煮沸加入燕麦里,拌匀静至15分钟
    2:香蕉压成泥,倒入大碗里
    3: 加入蛋拌匀
    4: 拌匀了,可可粉过筛加入和酵母一起拌匀
    5: 燕麦静至好了,倒入可可糊里和一的撮盐一起拌匀
    6: 核桃和胡桃一起切碎,加入一起拌匀
    7: 先预热烤箱190度
    8: 烤碗里抹层油,把調好面糊倒入,用刮刀拌平
    9: 上面撒些核桃碎和胡桃碎
    10: 放入烤箱烤40-50分钟
    11: 用黑巧克力和3汤匙牛奶加热融化
    12: 裝进裱花袋里,挤在蛋糕上

    請問: 為何牛奶要煮沸騰?涼的水或鮮奶,麥皮也會吸收水份?❤

      我用的不是快熟燕麦,所以要用温牛奶给麦片吸收牛奶,让麦片软身,做出蛋糕才会松软
