Rio Rita is a really nice song; i have a version on victor. This is very good, and i love Scrappy's vocal. Singing In The Rain is always a winner and a fine version by Reser; so good to hear that banjo. You have been busy with these recent posts. Thanks for the great music. I really like Gene Kelly's version of Singing in the Rain but I so love that 1920s happy bounce. I wish I had those recordings to play on my newly aquired Orthophonic Credenza. Gary

I would imagine that you would think the same about Fred Astair who could dance better than he could sing. I certainly hope you are not prejudiced against watching musicals with Fred Astair such as "Flying Down to Rio" or musicals with Gene Kelly such as "An American in Paris". If you are, you are depriving yourself of some fabulous entertainment.
