I'm doing fine, only a lot of stress lately, *eustress,* so no need to worry. I will be catching up with your broadcasts soon. Bob, friend and kindred spirit, I wish you all the best.
What wonderful music but I would love to be able to read the copy in the movie magazines on my phone now maybe if I had a tablet it would be easier but thank you again
Thank you so much for the music!! The remastering, especially on the acoustic records of the early 20s, is as excellent as any I've ever heard. Keep up the good work and help people to hear the actual music of the time.
This selection was smashing! Some of the best bands of the era in famous songs that never age; besides the magazine pages you showed were particularly lovely. Thanks so much for this awesome set.
Somehow between 1927 and 1936 is my sweet spot. It's before the great swing bands (which I enjoy also) but that's when you get those great melodic songs you can sing to.
Absolutely Fantastic Mr Pax41 If there is anything from Van and Schenck i would love to listen. One of my favourite from an era i`d love to have been born in. Thank you from England. Joe Lee
The channel was monetized about two years ago but YT took that away, like they did with so many other channels. I have had copyright strikes and claims but have disputed them. I avoid posting popular names like Duke Ellington, Bing, Count Basie and others to avoid those claims. The good news, all published music and sound recordings from the the 1920's and before will be public domain in a little over nine years.

One is for the published composition and the other is for the sound recording. US copyright laws were changed in October of 2018 in regards to the sound recording, which has no less than 100 years protection.

You're not the only one with that sweet. It's mine too
Whenever i hear music from late 1800s to early 1940s I feel almost like a dream/nostalgic feeling even though I was never alive during those times.
I agree with you 100%. The music just transports me back to a time when the pace of life was slower.
I agree
Thank you very much , this is my favourite channel.
So glad you are enjoying the channel and thank for subscribing too! Working on a new video that will be posted this weekend. 🙂

If you don't mind? Could you monetize this channel and how do you not get copyright striked?
Great music by the way

50 years after the author's death, music because open domain.
