Another awesome build getting under way. Might I suggest doing a detail wash before the teardown. Working on a clean wreck will give you the opportunity to make the best assessment of what's in store. Looking forward to seeing the progression of this build.

Had bent main frame and bent subframe on my 2021 1000sx. Had to import parts from Japan and completely replaced everything with all OEM parts. Took 8 months, mostly while waiting on parts to arrive. And now it rides as good as new.

I have had 2 of these with similar damage as yours and decided to part them instead.
Look up the special tools you’ll need to pull the engine and you won’t have any issues swapping the frame!

In most of accidental cases like this where front gets damaged even after repair and rebuild some functions don't work properly like traction control, quick shifter, lift control, slide control, also vibrations tend to increase in bike.
O I hope I do a splendid job and non of those issues occur

i think you will enjoy rebuilding this ZX10, Having rebuilt 2 myself 2016 and 21 they can get challenging specially newer models with part availability but man was it fun and a learning experience

6:45 M4 is one of the best brands i run them on all my bikes before the tune i gained like 8hp on the R6 with a full m4 system and they sound good

Part of the Kawasaki club now🙌the M4 exhaust is okay iv seen it on a lot of zx6rs but I think there are better exhausts for the zx10r🤟 good luck with this build it’s a lot but it will be well worth it in the end, if anyone can do it you definitely can man!!

You need to change the RIDE MODE to access the mileage information on the dash , you can put it out of RIDER MODE by holding on to the upper mode button , once it's in rain, road or sport mode use the same upper mode button to toggle to the mileage information , hope you got it 😬✊

M4 stuff is great! They are American made and are really well engineered. I run one of their full systems on my Z900.
My brother has them fitted to his Gen2 Hayabusa, and Oh boy, they are class!

Yup I have the complete M4 system with a tune on my 2010 gsxr1000, dyno at 178 hp . Pretty damn good for as old as the bike is.
