I’m impressed! It just go to show how much vision and creativity you have! You worked with materials you didn’t know and turned it into magic. Such a fearless inspiration…..
I have read in several different posts that the clay shrinks over time. Please keep us updated with that!! I don’t think I can deal with any more shrinkage in my life!! 😂
Wow! For someone with very little experience with clay, these turned out amazing! Sometimes you just have to go for it! 😂. I have only used clay in small projects and also found by dampening it you can smooth areas that need smoothing but I don't knw if you are "supposed" to do that. I say; do what works for you.
Thank you!! Yes just go for it! I’m much better at learning by doing and too impatient once I get an idea in my head to learn if I’m even remotely doing it right! It doesn’t work…I’ll find out! 😂 I think if we both used the dampening method then it MUST be the right way!
I feel like instant paper mache could have given you a similar effect, and the roots probably would have been more stable because it's a medium more forgiving in terms of having some flexibility.
I hope you know you are my best friend. Love your talent. You have been blessed.
Halloween friends are the greatest! 🎃
