I recommend using hard rubbers for hot windows, work with one window at a time and remember to cool the window down, don't jam the wet mot on the top window seal, do down pulls for beginners and don't forget to use surgical towels to detail the window seals.

A good tool for the heat problem is the Moerman Fliq or the Moerman Combinator.
The mop is attached to the squeegee which allows you those extra few seconds to squeegee off before it has a chance to dry.
If you're up for investing then a waterfed pole is even more ideal 👍

There are chemical additives to keep solution from drying as fast, two of my favorites are super slip and hi-slide. They also lubricate the squeegee better.

I do a rental on the beach in N.C. the windows face south I and can't get in there till 10:00 am. 2 buckets of water 1 just clean cold water the other with solution. use the plain water to start the cooling down process because you do not want the soap to dry on the window. Best of luck.

We avoid direct sunlight in summer.. Try diff times of day like you said and if you cant avoid you can add GG4 to your solution to keep windows wetter longer. Otherwise we use WFP and clean with pure water on hot days on houses or a job like this is perfect for WFP. Thats something of an investment though. You can use two poles and have the mop ready to go on one or have 2 guys help and 1 wetting and 1 squeegeeing immediatly is the other way we do it.

In my own experience, I mix windshield washer fluid into the soapy water, because it won't freeze.
When the windows are extra hot, I drenched them down with cool water first, then do the soap solution.
As for the frames to brighten them up, WD-40 works well by evaporates way too quick.... Zep stainless steel polish works much better!

For the most part use the fanning motion,it's way quicker! For the upper, down pulls are fine & that's normally for rookies & i can tell your guy isn't properly trained but its a learning thing,so no biggie but if you don't wanna use a ladder to do fanning up high than make do with down pulls, also you can fab with a pole. Dawn dish soap is great & don't forget to detail the edges after. Have a good one

Damn, those windows are smoke'n. waterfed pole would be best for this specific job. Tip: you can apply the soap directly to the mop/applicator after soaking it in water and it suds up much better, and to prevent dripping on the higher windows put the cloth on the end and detail the top.
