A psychopath who deserves to go to jail and decertified. He could have helped the man complete his transaction and the fact he was feeding the self service kiosk with cash makes it clear he wasn’t trying to steal it. How could he both be “taking too long” paying and trying to steal it (which implies he was trying to leave without paying) at the same time?

The problem the defense has in the video, is that in sworn testimony, the asset protection person said they never asked for him to be trespassed or made to leave by the police, just to have a talk with him. He probably wanted to make sure he wasn't on drugs or drunk and causing an issue based on the problem he was having at the self-checkout. He failed his oath, he failed the department and he failed the community. Evil is all anyone can say for a liar in uniform. The cop committed an eggregious violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act as well as an illegal arrest, search and seizure violation of the victim's 4th Amendment Rights and committed felony battery, if you ask me-aggravated battery. He needs to be given a stiff prison sentence and needs to pay a civil forfeiture to that poor disabled man, even if it requires liens and repossession of his property. Wrong is wrong and what he did was SO WRONG. No brain activity occurred at the time of that event. It was obvious that the victim was disabled. Obvious to rational intelligent people, that is.
